Just a run of the mill rental agency. They helped us brilliantly and quickly.

The employees are nice but the whole company is mediocre at best.

Fast handling. Kind staff. Place in the parkhouse. Recommended.

If I could give 0 star..... Very poor customer service with no intention to solve problems for customers at all. I was looking for a car for my colleague who is visiting Hungary in 2 days. First, I was in conversation with one of the sales executives.. I was offered a few cars and I chose one. We proceeded with the price, insurance etc etc. I explanined I would like to sort everything to make sure the car will be available for pick up as the following days are public holidays in Hungary. A day after we sorted everything, another sales executive writes me in saying that the car I chose isn't available. I called the office and a lday answered the phone. I asked about the situation and the sale executive I was in conversation with has already left the office for the long weekend. ( It clearly shows they don't care at all- he just wrote me an email and left office when I clearly mentioned that I wanted to sort this as from tomorrow the office will be closed) I asked the lady why did the sales executive offere something that isn't available in the first place and when they can provide the car I chose and the lady bluntly said she doesn't know. At the time, I was just left speechless.. as I was being treated like a homeless looking a spot in a homeless shelter. Unless there will be some changes, I don't see myself going back to this company. I never had such a horrible experience with a car rental company.

Had a positive experience until I was billed. No email copy of the bill or anything, just had to watch my visa. I ended up being charged an additional 35$cad for refuelling, despite having stopped to fill up 7km before returning. This was the most accessible gas station before entering the main part of the city. Do NOT recommend this company.

We always rent cars here from Europcar. 5* customer service and good quality cars. Thank you.
