★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless. We asked for tour tickets and the woman at the counter said they didn't sell it. Sent us around in circles looking for a nonexistent ticket booth before much later conceding, once we pointed to the sign "Get tickets here!", that they did indeed sell tickets in the office.
Counter lady also didn't bother clarifying and was extremely rude, resulting in a mix up of our booking. It didn't help that she barely spoke English and didn't have the patience to clarify. If you're working in tourism, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect some grasp of English.
