★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was walking by and had an unexpected video call coming up. Although I wasn’t staying in the hotel, the staff was very accommodating and I was allowed to conduct my call in the lobby. Looking at the pictures of the rooms I’ll definitely check the availability when coming back to Budapest because the hotel seems great and has a perfect location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually I am not writing reviews and our trip to budapest was great and we also had a good stay at the hotel with friendly staff but there were a few things that annoyed us. The large rooms seem to be located at the first floor, which has almost no daylight and view. The interior seems like put together in a random way. The matrace of the bed is really hard, the bathroom door made a lot of noise, so if you wanna go to the bathroom in the night and don't want to wake up your partner it's kinda likely that she/he wakes up. The sink was really small. The Granola Breakfast was great but on the second day there was no yoghurt anymore available at 9:30 am - something that shouldn't happen in my opinion. Last but not least, they did not clean our rooms at all during our stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is outstanding! The staff at the front desk we had to talk to -each of them- were very professional and kind and attentive.
I’m glad to had the chance to use our traveling miles to book this hotel! The best smelling hotel I ever been to! The reception area and even the elevator has such a great and relaxing aroma than I wanted to stay around the lobby ?. It is very organized. Room we had to choose was very small but to me was cute and just what we needed. The only downside, Location: is a bit hidden and we had to walk almost ten minutes with the bags from a parking lot. We didn’t have the chance to try the breakfast or dinner restaurants, so I don’t review for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional service at the reception speaking English language. Room was cleaned every day. Delicious breakfast in the restaurant on the top floor. The only inconvenience was the noisy sliding bathroom door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super noisy! Noise both from outside and inside the hotel is super annoying (e.g., toilet flush from neighbouring rooms, doors slamming, guests coming from or going to breakfast). It was not possible to close the bathroom door properly. Staff was average, interior design is nice.
