R	Rsa Masa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es bonito y agradable. Las almohadas son muy pequeñas y no tienen datafono. El personal es muy aplicado y atento, a los clientes no les faltará nada. Céntrico y muy bien comunicado con el resto de la ciudad con metro, tranvía, y autobús, también a pie The place is nice and nice. The pillows are very small and do not have a dataphone. F	Federica Capozzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non prenotate qui! La peggior esperienza di sempre. La struttura non assomiglia per nulla alle foto che pubblicano online, è vecchia e fatiscente. Le camere sono minuscole, c'è a malapena spazio per posare i bagagli. La porta del bagno era rotta e la vasca era chiaramente sporca. La moquette dei pavimenti sembrava non essere mai stata pulita. Alle nostre lamentele si sono offerti di cambiarci le stanze, dicendo che le nostre erano capitate nella parte non ristrutturata dell'albergo. Il mattino seguente il proprietario invece ha detto che non ce le avrebbero cambiate, che se volevamo una stanza migliore dovevamo pagare di più, e che loro affittano camere agli studenti, quindi la qualità è bassa. Informazioni ovviamenti non presenti sul sito, non avrei prenotato le stanze per delle coppie altrimenti. Sono stati molto scortesi e ci hanno detto che se non ci piaceva, potevamo anche andarcene, ma non ci avrebbero restituito i nostri soldi. Neanche il reclamo da booking è servito, si sono rifiutati di rimborsarci. Don't book here! The worst experience ever. The structure does not resemble at all the photos you post online is old and dilapidated. The rooms are tiny, there was barely room to put your luggage. The bathroom door was broken and the tub was clearly dirty. The carpet on the floors seemed to have never been cleaned. Our complaints were offered to change the rooms, saying that ours had happened in the non-renovated part of the hotel. The next morning the owner instead said that they would not change them, that if we wanted a better room we had to pay more, and that they rent rooms to students, so the quality is low. ovviamenti Information not present on the site, I would not have booked rooms for couples otherwise. They were very rude and told us that if we didn't like it, we could leave, but they wouldn't give us our money back. Not even the claim by booking served, they refused to reimburse us.

S	San Mes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent two days in Kesckemit palace. Booked via Booking where the pictures were completely different of what I have been given. Many broken stuff in my room. I would recommend to provide lower price or improve quality as I was disappointed as the place does not look like the one I have booked. Three stars for location and comfy bed.
