T	Tomas Musil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byli jsme velmi nespokojeni a v podstatě podvedeni. Upozorňuji všechny zájemce o toto ubytování, že majitel inzeruje úplně jiné apartmány, než které pronajímá. Na základě pěkných fotek jsme se nechali napálit a přijeli do sice funkčního, ale otřesného apartmánu, který vůbec neodpovídal tomu, co bylo objednáno. Osobně nechápu, jak to může Booking prodávat. Reklamaci nám navíc neuznali. Podle mě jednoznačný podvod! We were very dissatisfied and basically deceived. I would like to point out to all those interested in this accommodation that the owner advertises completely different apartments than they rent. On the basis of nice photos we let ourselves be tricked and arrived in a functional but appalling apartment, which did not match what was ordered. I personally do not understand how Booking can sell it. Moreover, they did not recognize the claim. In my opinion, a clear scam!

Mimo obietnicy brak odzewu i wyjaśnień. Poszukajcie innego miejsca do zamieszkania. I do not advise that the hotel, despite the promise twice, did not return my deposit of 200 euros. I advise against. The hotel is acting as if it is closing down. Case reported to booking. com. Despite the promise, no response or explanation. Find another place to live.

We rent two appartments because we are a group and they are separated more than 500 m and they were 20' (Akacfa utca 6) walking from kepiro utca. We knew this information a little time before arrive Budapest. The neighborhood are nice but we would have liked to know before and to can decide. Be careful with the number of beds, because they consider a double bed a sofa of less than 120cm. Only for share very small children. They give us one only additional bed, but it was not enough . We were very disappointed with this issue because we could not sleep well. A window in a bedroom didn`t close well and we were cold and we are in November, I can´t imagine in January!. The shower was stuck and we were eleven people. We told the staff and nobody came to repair it or give us a solution. It’s a pitty because the apartments are correct and nice but the staff is only interested in the money and not in giving a good service to the customer.
