★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel has a problem of bed bugs! I spent 2 nights there, was attacked by the bugs at night, in the morning noticed scars and itchy irritation on the skin. Afterwards came back to the hotel, talked to the owner who was just denying the fact and refused even to listen to me. Terrible hotel, terrible experience!

There was the dampness on the bathroom walls.
Shower cabin should be much cleaner.
Furniture was old and had a special smell.
Breakfast is 5 of the 10: omelette was fine, soussages were overcooked, yogurt was in common open dish (it should be packed in my opinion).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small and quiet Boutique hotel in the hill side of Budapest. Large rooms. Good breakfast. Great hosts (both receptionist and manager helped us in dealing with some issues concerning Budapest).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely settings, close to where I run my errands, can jog or walk in the morning, well connected with the city center. The only downside is that the tv reception is not the best, only a couple of channels are clear. Everything else is fine?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very good value for the price. Rooms have old style with furniture from mid 20th century. Bathroom is quite big. The building is surrounded by a beautiful garden, which has a large terrace. Easy parking on the street or in the private area. Simple breakfast. No restaurant

The room was clean and warm.
Breakfast plentiful.
The receptionist is helpful and kind. We are satisfied,
good value for money.
Tips:
Even though we had our own car, it is more convenient to travel by bus (to downtown) No. 8E which stops there nearby. There is also an option with a tram.
Buy tickets on the bus - first time from the driver, and when you get to the center - it is better to buy them at the post office or tobacco shops. There are also devices at several stations, you can buy more tickets - have small money saved, does not return change. This also applies to payment on parking machines. No refund.
