Az előzetes internetes kutatás alapján nem ez volt a befutó, de miután személyesen is felkerestünk több gyártó forgalmazóját egyértelmű lett, hogy ezt választjuk. Az üzletbe való első belépéstől kezdve, a vásárláson keresztül, a szállításkor, a beüzemeléskor és az ezutáni kapcsolattartáskor is csak nagyon kedves, segítőkész és felkészült szakemberekkel találkoztunk, akik mind azon fáradoztak, hogy minél több örömünket leljük a medencében. A medence kiváló, sokat használjuk, az egész család szereti. Két hét alatt még nincs nagy tapasztalatunk, a vízkezelést még tanulni kell, de kis Hydropool-os segítséggel alakul a dolog. We bought a Hydropool 670 Gold Jubilee Edition Hot Tub. Based on preliminary internet research, this was not the case, but after we personally visited the distributors of several manufacturers, it became clear that we would choose this. From the first entry into the store, through shopping, shipping, commissioning and subsequent contact, we only met very kind, helpful and prepared professionals who all worked hard to find as much pleasure in the pool as possible. The pool is excellent, we use it a lot, the whole family loves it. We don't have much experience in two weeks yet, we still have to learn water treatment, but with a little help from Hydropool, things will turn out.

A Hydropool mellett döntöttem, egyrészt a termékröl hallott pozitív informácíók alapján, másrészt a bemutatóteremben tapasztalt profi marketing munka alapján. A kereskedök szimpatikusak, tapasztaltak, kedvesek voltak, és nem mellékesen lehetett szemmel látható összeget alkudni a termékböl. Ekkor meg is rendeltem a terméket, elöleget fizettem érte. A fizetés után sajnos nem mentek ilyen zökkenömentesen a dolgok, kértem rajzot vagy fényképet a termék aljáról, erre szükségem volt a felfekvés megtervezéséhez. Ezt sajnos nem tudták részemre biztosítani. A szállítást magam oldottam meg, így is rendeltem meg a jacuzzit. A többszöri egyeztetett idöpont ellenére sem tudtak az érkezésemröl a bemutatótermi kollégák. De megoldották végül, felkerült a Jacuzzi a futóra.Az üzembehelyezéskor 2 szimpatikus kolléga érkezett, profin összeszerelték a jacuzzit. Sajnos a korábbi villanyszerelö hibájából nem volt áram, nem tudtuk kipróbálni a jacuzzit. Ez természetesen nem az ö hibájuk, ráadásul felajánlották, ha van áram, távolról is segítenek az üzembehelyezes hiányzó lépeseinél. Jelenleg itt tartok, az áramot kell megoldanom.Összességében a cég a marketing és a szervíz területen profi, minden tökéletesen müködik.Fejlesztési potenciál még a két fázis közötti vevöi kappcsolattartásnál van, amikor a vevö már kifizeti a terméket, de még nincs üzembe helyezve. Mivel a jacuzzit kipróbálni még nem tudtam, így magáról a termékröl cask késöbb tudok informácóval szolgálni. I heard about the Hydropool pools from an acquaintance of mine, she has such a pool, she serves her rest with complete satisfaction. I chose Hydropool based on the positive information I heard about the product on the one hand, and the professional marketing work I experienced in the showroom on the other. The traders were sympathetic, experienced, kind and could not bargain for an obvious amount of the product. That's when I ordered the product, I paid for it in advance. After the payment, unfortunately, things did not go so smoothly, I asked for a drawing or a photo of the bottom of the product, this was what I needed to plan my bed. Unfortunately, this could not be guaranteed to me. I solved the delivery myself, so I ordered the jacuzzi. Despite several agreed appointments, my showroom colleagues were not aware of my arrival. But it was finally solved, the Jacuzzi was put on the runner. During the commissioning, 2 sympathetic colleagues arrived, the jacuzzi was professionally assembled. Unfortunately, due to the fault of the previous electrician, there was no electricity, we could not try the jacuzzi. This, of course, is not their fault, and they have offered, if there is electricity, to help them remotely with the missing steps of commissioning. I'm on it now, I have to deal with electricity. Overall, the company is professional in marketing and service, everything works perfectly. Since I haven't been able to try the jacuzzi yet, I can only provide information about the product itself later.

A családdal együtt tértünk be az üzletbe, ahol segítőkészen válaszoltak a feltett kérdéseinkre és több típust is ajánlottak. Az ajánlatokat, válaszokat mindig akkor megkaptuk, amikorra ígérték és végül sikerült egy raktáron lévő medencére megállapodnunk, így pár napon belül már a teraszunkon találtuk a medencét. Mind a szállítás, mind pedig a teraszra elhelyezés profin ment, csakúgy, mint a beüzemelés. A beüzemelésnél adódtak problémák, de a beüzemelő kollégák profizmusának köszönhetően minden akadályt elhárítottak, még azt is, ami nem az ő feladatuk volt, így a nap végén már vígan fűtötte a vizet a medence. Az ott leírtak miatt döntöttünk úgy, hogy felkeressük a bemutatótermüket, ahol időpont foglalás nélkül érkeztünk, de nagyon készségesen fogadtak minket. Részletekbe menően ismertették az elérhető modelleket, azok előnyeit és hátrányait. Végül sikerült kiválasztani a nekünk tetsző verziót, amelyre még kedvezményt is kaptunk. A medence beérkezéséig rendszeresen tájékoztattak a várható dátummal kapcsolatban, illetve amikor egy pár hetes csúszás történt (a járvány következtében kialakult általános ellátási problémák miatt). A medencét a beérkezés hetén telepítették is. Ez a karbantartási gyorstalpalóval együtt sem tartott tovább 3 óránál. Összességében nagyon meg vagyunk elégedve, kiváló minőség, nagyszerű szolgáltatás. Folyamatos elérhetőség és mindig készséggel segítenek a Hydropool szakemberei. After searching for installed jacuzzis and hot tubs, I found it on the Hydropool website. Because of what was described there, we decided to visit their showroom, where we arrived without an appointment, but they were very willing to welcome us. The available models, their advantages and disadvantages have been described in detail. In the end, we managed to choose the version we liked, for which we even got a discount. They were regularly informed about the expected date until the pool arrived and when there was a slip for a few weeks (due to general supply problems due to the epidemic). The pool was also installed the week of arrival. This, along with the maintenance quick start, did not last more than 3 hours. Overall, we are very satisfied with excellent quality and great service. I	Ifj Almasi Jozsef on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ismerős ajánlása alapján a Hydropoolnál kezdtük a nézelődést, nagyon segítőkészek voltak annak ellenére, hogy nem fogaltunk időpontot, és más ügyfeleket is épp kiszolgáltak, sőt, nyitvatartási idő után 1 órával még mindig ott voltunk, nem siettettek. Később más gyártók kinálatát is megnéztük, de minőségben és felszereltségben kiemelkedő volt a Hydropool, emellett egy kedvező gyártói akció keretében az ár miatt is a 670 Gold jubileumi medence mellett döntöttünk. A szállítást érintette a covid, a szuzi-csatorna lezárása, a konténerhiány, illetve a karácsony is, ezért kb 3 hónap alatt érkezett be a medence. De ez kellett nekünk is a hely kialakításához, ELMÜ-s ügyintézésekhez, így a végén még mi kértünk haladékot a kiszállításhoz. A kiszállítás és a beüzemelés során voltak kisebb bökkenők, de a Hydropool szakemberei mindent megtettek ezek elhárításáért, így is 4 órán belül mindent befejeztek, közben részletes tanácsokat kaptunk az üzemeltetéssel kapcsolatban. Bátran ajánlom mindenkinek a céget is - segítőkész, kedves volt minden kolléga, akikkel találkoztunk, telefonon beszéltünk, műszaki segítséget nyújtottak - , illetve a terméket is, kényelmes, csendes üzemű, 5 ember kényelmesen elfér benne. Based on a friend's recommendation, we started watching at Hydropool, they were very helpful despite the fact that we didn't make an appointment and other customers were just served, in fact, we were still there 1 hour after the opening hours, not in a hurry. Later, we also looked at the offerings of other manufacturers, but Hydropool was outstanding in terms of quality and equipment, and we also chose the 670 Gold anniversary pool due to the price as part of a favorable manufacturer promotion. The transport was also affected by the closure of the covid, the Suzi Canal, the lack of containers, and Christmas, so the pool arrived in about 3 months. But we also needed this to set up the place, for ELMÜ administration, so in the end we asked for a postponement for the delivery. There were minor bumps during delivery and commissioning, but Hydropool experts did their best to fix them, so they finished everything within 4 hours, while we received detailed advice on operation. I also recommend the company to everyone - all the colleagues we met, we talked on the phone, they provided technical assistance were helpful - and the product is comfortable, quiet, 5 people can fit in it.

The product is feature rich, has an excellence performance for an acceptable price (thus value for money). The overall lead-time (from order to installation on-site) was acceptable. After installation we had some minor issues with the 2 small front panels that slided off due to a broken clip. This didn't affecting the usage of the hot tub itself. But after one phone call with our Hydropool representative, the problem was fixed. Our experience with their service team is outstanding (very flexible and quick responsiveness). This was also a very important criteria for our selection. We are very satisfy with our jacuzzi and with Hydropool Sales and Technical team!
