★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointed! Been here few years back and was a pleasant experience, this time unfortunately I can't say the same. The first room we've got wasn't clean properly and the tv was broken, the receptionist very kindly gave us another room which was newly refurbished (the first one was the old style). From out room we could hear everything from the room about us from the air ventilation and there is no way to don't hear it. That made it impossible to sleep. We've been offert to change room again for the old style but we had enough to switch room. Not really happy with the cleaning service in the room but definitely satisfied with the reception team, all very kind and available to help. Not sure I'll be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel for a short stay. Decent room although the decor is not modern. The hair dryer does not work well and the shower is not so good. The water takes a long time to start and the water temperature sometimes changes from hot to cold without touching anything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We didn't stay over at this hotel since we were many and had a flat rented, but nice staff let us leave our luggage and backapcks in the luggage room. That speaks about hospitality and kindness from this hotel. So thankfull for that!

However, the room was stuffy as the air conditioning was not working. Very basic room in general. Ok for short stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed only one night as a short stop with my wife. The location and service was quite fine, what I didn't like is that we couldn't find the way to lower the heater termerature, the room started to feel like a sauna, but when we opened the window to get some air it was really noisy. Also there is no minibar/fridge in the room which is kind-of shocked me - yeah, maybe I haven't read the room info during the booking, but I think I've never been in a 3 start hotel in a country like Hungary without even a small minibar or fridge...
