Nem volt még olyan amit ne tudtak volna megcsinálni! Great team! Fast service. You can watch the assembly from behind a plexiglass wall! Helpful service. Lots of devices! There was nothing else they couldn't do!
A	András Bató on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy belvárosi (Oktogon) apple szervizben tapasztalt 1 hetes kálváriát követően jutottam el az iCentrum szervizbe. Mint utólag megtudtam, jobban jártam, hogy ott nem nyúltak a telefonhoz. Itt már a telefonos kapcsolatfelvétel során is készséges, pozitív hozzáállást tapasztaltam. Egy iPhone 8 plus készülék akkumulátor cseréjét kértem, amit a telefonos ígéretnek megfelelően azonnal meg is kezdett a szerviz és 15-20 perc alatt szakszerűen el is végzett. A cserélt alkatrészre 1 év jótállást vállaltak. Teljesen elégedett vagyok, csak ajánlani tudom a szervizt! I got to the iCentrum service after a 1 week calvary in an downtown (Oktogon) apple service. As I found out later, I was better off not reaching for the phone there. Here, even during the telephone contact, I experienced a willing, positive attitude. I asked for the replacement of the battery of an iPhone 8 plus device, which, as promised by the phone, started the service immediately and did it professionally in 15-20 minutes. Replaced parts are warranted for 1 year. I am completely satisfied, I can only recommend the service!
G	György Bozsits on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felhívtam őket hogy van-e kijelző, volt. Bementem mondták a srácok hogy a terminál nem működik így el kellett menni pénzt felvenni. Mire vissza értem az atmtől már kész is volt. Utángyártott kijelzőt kértem true tone így már nincs de tájékoztattak róla. Adtak 1 év garit is, eddig minden ok csak ajánlani tudom őket! I called them to see if there was a display, it was. I went in and told the guys that the terminal was not working so I had to go to pick up money. By the time I got back from the atm, it was ready. I asked for a remanufactured display in true tone so it is no longer available but was informed. They also gave 1 year garit, so far all I can only recommend them!
S	Sándor Uri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inkorrekt társaság. Nem ajánlom senkinek. Először egy hónapig volt ott a telefon javításra. Másodjára két hétig (garancia). Hat hétig telefon nélkűl, persze csere telefon nincs. Mindkét alkalommal telefonon érdeklődtem, hogy mikor készül el a készülék, azt volt a válasz, hogy épp most hozták vissza 15 perce. A végén vissza kaptam a javítás összegét de azt sem mondták, hogy bocs. Kutyaütők!!!! Incorrect company. I would not recommend it to anyone. He was first there for a month to repair the phone. Second for two weeks (warranty). Without a phone for six weeks, of course there is no replacement phone. On both occasions, I asked on the phone when the device would be made, the answer was that it had just been brought back 15 minutes ago. In the end, I got back the amount of the repair but they didn’t even say sorry. Dog rackets !!!!

Érdeklődtem pénteken, mivel addig nem hívtak, majd mondták, hogy hétfő délelőttre lesz kész és mehetek érte. Hétfőn ismét érdeklődtem 11 óra magasságában, hogy elkészült-e a készülék, mivel azt a tájékoztatást kaptam, hogy hétfőn délelőtt mehetek érte. A telefonom még mindig nem volt ott, mondta az ügyintéző, hogy utánanéz és visszahív....kb. 4 óráig vártam és újra telefonáltam, melynek eredményeképp azt a választ kaptam, hogy kedd délelőtt már biztosan náluk lesz a készülék, így átvehetem. Kedden mentem érte, jeleztem is, hogy megtévesztő az információ, miszerint 30 perc alatt kicserélik a képernyőt....Számomra a telefon munkaeszköz is egyben így, ha tudtam volna, hogy 1 hetet vesz igénybe a javítás, akkor egyértelműen máshova viszem... For me the phone work tool is also so if I knew it would take 1 week to repair, then I would clearly move elsewhere ...
