When the laptop had an issue a year later, Dell refused me the warranty because the laptop has been disassembled and reassembled before. I had to pay for fixing the issue and replacing the missing parts myself. Keep away!

They have nice collection and reasonable prices for the goods. Often ordered goods will be at collection point much earlier than expected date. Mine was much earlier and product was very good as indicated in website

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ just your basic IT package delivery hotspot with sometimes cool and sometimes android staff (meaning no harm they just strictly wait for you to act protocol when in reality you've never visited before so you have no idea as to how things go down but they still expect it from you, like how on earth would I know that I need to tell you the number of my order, [no I usually don't read instructions] but after visiting, for the third time it becomes easy and you can act out the process without problems)
