★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've waited in line but we still didn't have priority over the ones behind us. They just had to change something in the photo printer. Waited 50 minutes just to see the womant hat we asked to fix the printer to disappear so we asked 2 other employees that fixed the issue.
Basically wasting 50 minutes of our lives. Meanwhile wating we asked an other employee who could do anything but to tell the person we asked to fix it. Which didnt really bother, just continued chatting. Service 2/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst services I have gotten in my life. I bought an oven and paid 15,000 ft extra for them to come and set up the oven. It's been more than a month and nobody came. We went to mediamarkt to complain and they said not their problem ( because its an outsourced company that does that job). We then have called that company and they said they will call us and never did. Now we have to drive an hour to visit this small company. They have waisted my time and gas money. Dear Mediamarkt since I paid you 15,000 ft and your employees said that many people complained about this, are you running a scam? We need our money back plus compensation!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to take a look what you want to by online at a reduced price. Seriously it is cheaper to order from amazon.
Also, staff is plenty, usually they have not helpful nor have a close idea about the products.
Once mass of the Hungarians learn to speak a foreign language MM will have a serious competitors online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 stars for contents of the store itself. Hard not to find what you need so definitely worth a shopping experience if looking for home items. Would have been 5 stars, but, I was disappointed that no one asked if I needed help and I could not find anyone to help. Euronics is smaller, but better staffed.
