b	ben bennfentes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emagon vásároltam tvt,garancia időben elromlott!Elvitték javításra,visszahozták összetörve!2,5 hónapja se tv,se pénz!Közben rendeltem fagyasztót tölük,érkezéskor kibontattam futárral(sérült volt,behorpadt több helyen)nem vettem át!2.naponta hívom őket,többnyire 40perc telefon,mindenki igér mindent&mindenki sajnálja&megért,azt mondták ha nekem ez baj,akkor forduljak fogyasztóvédelemhez(ők meg arra jók hogy legyen munkája valakinek,mert hatáskör nincs)! Senkinek nem ajánlanám emagot,sok a károsult akiket leszarnak&átvertek!Van olyan online bolt is aki megbízható(DE AZ NEM EMAG)! I bought a TV in Emagon, the warranty was broken in time! It was taken for repair, it was returned shattered! mostly 40 minutes phone, everyone promises everything & everyone is sorry & understand, they told me if this is a problem for me, they should turn to consumer protection (they are good to have a job for someone because they have no authority)! I would not recommend emago to anyone, many of the victims are being beaten & cheated!

Így teljesen nyugodtan vihettem haza a terméket. Very helpful, kind staff. Everything is fine with the purchased product, as it was offered after payment to have it inspected locally for damage. Eddig 6 alkalommal hívtam az ügyfélszolgálatot, 1 alkalommal írtam panaszt a weboldalon és 1 alkalommal vetettem fel panasz jegyzőkönyvet. Azóta is SEMMI. Amikor kértem, hogy az ügyfélszolgálatost, hogy diktálja le a beszélgetésünk hívás azonosítóját, hogy ezzel tovább tudjak menni a Fogyasztóvédelmi Hatósághoz akkor rám vágta a telefont. Az ügyem jelenleg a Békéltető testületnél és a Fogyasztóvédelemnél van. Ez egyszerűen a bűncselekmény kategória. Slowly 3 months since I ordered and paid for a product but product nowhere. So far, I have called customer service 6 times, wrote a complaint on the website 1 time and posted a complaint report 1 time. NOTHING ever since. When I asked the customer service to dictate the caller ID of our conversation so I could go on to the Consumer Protection Authority then I hung up on the phone. My case is currently before the Conciliation Board and the Consumer Protection Board. This is simply the crime category.

A reklamacios pultnal egy nagyon-nagyon segitokesz, kedves, udvarias, nem mellesleg megnyero kulseju, vevocentrikus kollega volt. Ez uton is koszonjuk neki a segitseget. Ajanlott masik termeket, ha a jelenlegit a szerviz nem tudna megcsinalni. Ritkan talalkozni ilyen emberrel aki szakmailag, kulsoleg, tudasilag, jo modorban mindenhogyan nagyon rendben van. Hatalmas koszonet erte. We were with EMAG in Arkad on Wednesday afternoon, where we took a non-conductor full back. Árkád üzletükben –édesanyámmal mentünk mobilcsereprogram keretében készüléket venni, amely ügymenet nem lehet egy mindenkori eladó álma a mindenféle papírtöltögetéssel és a vásárló várható megértési nehézségeivel kalkulálva, de ő mégis lelkesen vett minket kezelésbe, és gördülékenyen ment minden; igaz, mi is készültünk – előjelentkeztünk, -regisztráltuk a cserekészüléket a hatóság honlapján, előre megrendeltük a terméket az üzletben történő személyes átvétellel stb. A kolléga minden tájékoztatást megadott részünkre, és a kiterjesztett garanciára is „rábeszélt” minket – tette ezt udvariasan, hozzáértően; a vevőt nem balekként, hanem partnerként kezelve… nagy elismerés neki! Az eMAG-féle, hatalmas forgalmat összefogó-bonyolító platformoktól eleve ódzkodik az ember, de a rátermett mukatársnak köszönhetően roppant pozitív élményként maradt meg a vásárlás.
