★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very good for small kids. The chicken breasts are hot and the drinks are also not like the original bottled ones...I rather prefer the competitors, luckily we go to such fast food restaurants a few time per year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast service, staff speak well in foreign languages (english lol), the only downside is that they gave me a 1to 2hour old cheeseburger, which tasted not so nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute worst kfc I have been to in my life. The front counter till girls were too busy taking the mick out of customers laughing and looking bored. The staff apart from the girl at collection point were all extremely rude in both Hungarian and English from what I observed and the food felt as if it was overheld for hours. This was during one of the more busy times too. Pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a kfc, rude and terrible staff, boring food which wasn’t even warm and the worst French fries I’ve ever had as well. My best advice, stay clear or visit Burger King next door, this place just isn’t worth the money.
Additionally, we were served by a short woman with brown hair and eyes, she was truly horrendous and seemed like she had given up on her job, she didn’t even care to assemble the box for our food! She picked it up, fiddled with it for 2 seconds, put it back and proceeded to just throw our food on a bucket lid... she was extremely rude and unpleasant throughout, to other customers as well...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst fast food experience in Budapest, you should check the KFC at Szell Kálmán square, which is the opposite as it's one of the best. Same food cannot be more different...
