Good location in a quiet location, the pension itself clean, excellent breakfast, staff level. Parking in the area is at an additional cost, the water in the bathroom was very weak in the washbasin, and it was fine in the bathtub.

I thought a lot about articulating my thoughts or leaving it all out. I liked the hotel milieu, the room was perfect, the parking was also fair. Despite all of these, or in addition to these, I would have a two remarks. Arrival information is too fast and a bit tangled. Maybe that’s why, and maybe it’s our own fault, there were a few misunderstandings. I would quote. "3 days / 2 nights relaxation for 2 people in our pleasant Classic rooms - Rich breakfast buffet with homemade pastries - To get your holiday off to a good start and enjoy the luxury of room service, we will prepare a baguette dinner in your room on the day of arrival. - We offer an all-day Héliosz-wellness card (for 2 people, once), which is located in the primeval park next to our hotel, within easy walking distance, as an all-day program that satisfies all comfort needs. - "Buffet lunch, - appetizers, soups main course and dessert - so we take care of the catering. -Unlimited use of the wellness studio in the hotel (sauna, jacuzzi, steam cabin, FLABéLOS, OTO CHILI dice machine). The first hotel where you can try the novelty of FLABéLOS for free! ,, Well, there were a couple of problems. There was no mention of a rich breakfast buffet, that is, somehow missed. For me, the unlimited wellness knowledge means something else, although we could really use the jacuzzi, in addition to that, the sauna also worked, besides, there really wasn't much other option, or we couldn't use it. At the Heliosz Hotel, lunch is served in a special way, separating Hungarian and foreign guests, which was also interesting. The wellness part of Helios improved the conditions, but did not completely correct the blunders. It is possible that our expectations were a little higher at the sight of the 4 ****. Hévíz has a beautiful, vibrant life even after the season, the prices are reasonable, the Little Helikon is in a good location, a couple of things need to be refined and it will really be a wonderful Hotel.

The staff were very kind and helpful in everything. The rooms are comfortable, though it could be a few more pillows, blankets. The breakfast is hearty and delicious. The wellness department and it generally could use the corridors turn into a painting.

From 23 to 25 October we visited the hotel on the recommendation of an intermediary. The photos included in the offer, based on other terms, were expected to be a nice, nice weekend. However, our enthusiasm only lasted until we arrived at the scene. It turned out that the front door was pretty worn. It would leave it because the room was even more demolished: the carpet was dull, worn in several places, the floor was bumpy. At our home, the outbuildings have different floors. There was hardly any water in the bathroom sink, we could only wash our hands at the bathtub. Molded spots on the ceiling. Problems were reported at the reception, where they knew they didn't help. By the way, they had to spend ... If you hadn't had to pay the accommodation in advance, we would have left it all. In the voucher, a rich breakfast was promised with a variety of omelettes and flames. In contrast, we received a rather poor breakfast (divided into rounds), no omelette, no traces of bread. The coarse bread was tasteless, inedible. Dinner is served in a nearby inn. It was just to eat, but it wasn't tasty at all. What is the most annoying: from the restaurant, we felt a terrible oil smell on our hair and clothing. We have been to many hotels in the country, not all star 5, but the value for money was usually okay. But not at all here. We were eager to have 25 in the morning and go home. The saying goes, that he is studying at the expense of a smart man, but we had to collect bitter experiences from our own.

Strong 3-star accommodation with window refurbishment, wellness area in resting beds poor, but the MASSEYER there is doing a great job. Strong positive is the varied "gastro" style delicious breakfast and masseur expertise. Our receptionist waits for the late returning guests with patience. After some maintenance work he would deserve a good 4 star.
