★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bőséges reggeli, kedves személyzet, jó elhelyezkedés, a mini hűtő éjszakára kicsit hangos volt, de minden más ár érték arányban tökéletes volt!
 Plenty of breakfast, nice staff, good location, the mini fridge was a bit loud for the night, but everything else was perfect for the price!

A szállás az árához képest kiváló, a szoba tiszta az ágy kényelmes volt.
A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt.
A reggeli kielégítő volt, a választék az árnak megfelelő.
Ami negatív:
Az egész panzió tele volt a szocialista időket idéző "tilos" feliratokkal, ráadásul az angol fordítás röhejes volt, mintha egy angolt 3 hete tanuló diák készítette volna.
A szobában a mini hűtő zajos volt, valószínűleg azért, mert már 2 kiló jég ráfagyott a hűtőfelületre, és egyfolytában küzdött szegény. (Szerencsére ki lehetett kapcsolni, de nem gondoltam, hogy az üdülésen még hűtőt is fogok jégteleníteni.) Ezen kívül a WC-tartály egyfolytában eresztette a vizet, emiatt kb. 10 percenként egy kicsit utántöltött, ami éjszaka azért elég zavaró.
Ha ezeket javítanák, és a kiképzőtábori hangulatot megszüntetnék a feliratok számának csökkentésével, esetleg a hangnem megváltoztatásával, akkor megérdemelné az 5 csillagot.
What is positive:
The accommodation was excellent for the price, the room was clean the bed was comfortable.
The staff was very kind and helpful.
The breakfast was satisfactory, the selection was right for the price.
What is negative:
The whole boarding house was full of "forbidden" inscriptions evoking socialist times, and the English translation was ridiculous, as if it had been written by a student who had been learning English for 3 weeks.
The mini fridge in the room was noisy, probably because already 2 pounds of ice had frozen on the fridge surface and was constantly struggling poor. (Luckily, it was possible to turn it off, but I didn’t think I would even defrost the fridge during the holiday.) In addition, the toilet tank was constantly draining, so it took approx. It recharged a little every 10 minutes, which is pretty confusing at night.
If these were improved and the training camp atmosphere was eliminated by reducing the number of captions, or possibly changing the tone, it would deserve 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay at Hévíz. The rooms were so clean and nice, all in the details. Very good breakfast :) The customer service is one of the best I've found in Hungary through 6 years living here. Fully recommend.

Just walk through the park in front of the place. there is a free parking lot but you have to check in first then you will get the key for the parking. cold breakfast is included. the ladies who taking care of the place is nice.
