Still the TOP child-friendly family hotel in Hungary! ? ??

Perfect place with kids and also for adults as childcare is also available :). The hotel is clean and all the details worked out very well. There are several playgrounds for children, all age, also the swimming facility is nice, clean and entertaining. I am strongly recommending the hotel for families and looking forward to get back soon. Thank you for the great hospitality, good to have such places available in Hungary!

My interaction wtih Kolping was through their customer care team: I had received a promobox at the hospital I gave birth at, which had their marketing material in it, and it was a cool and inventive baby-passport, where you could record where your 1st inland/foreign trips were, the 1st stroller ride, the 1st bikeride, etc... all in a cool design. When I had my 2nd baby, received the same box, but Kolping's passport was no longer in it. I contacted them wanting to give the 2 kids the same treatment: They not only dug up a babypassport for me and mail it to me free of charge, but they included their new kids' material, which was an "engagement book" for kids of all ages (from 2-3 and up) with all sorts of cool mazes, and coloring sheets, and so on! 5 stars, really. After all this, I am sooo booking a trip there, can't wait to see what they are like in person!

It's one of the best places in the country to go with a kid. Basically all ages from infant to teen. If there's any knock on the the place it's that it's kinda too much. Our kid couldn't really appreciate the moment because she was thinking of all the things she's NOT doing. They have vegan options for breakfast and dinner as well, so you can get by, but it's not the focus.

One of the best family friendly hotels I have ever been to. I have went to this hotel countless times and was always met with the best service and lots more.

Pro: - The Hotel at itself is fantastic and new renovated. - The whole Hotel area is wow-big! - The food for breakfast and supper is very good (taste and quality). - The childcare is professional, friendly and uncomplicated. - The "doing options for kids" indoor as well as outside are great (recommend for kids until 10 years) - The Spa area for parents is new, has a good-feel atmosphere und prices for massage and Co are fair. - Staff is always friendly and helpful - Ways to surround places like a restaurant, supermarket or the lake are close and good to reach by the own car Cons: - The prices for add-on stuff (like drinks or lunch) is sometimes higher as you wood mentioning. - Half board does not include any drinks (min. water wood be fine) - You will sometimes have some misunderstandings with the Staff when you will not speak Hungarian. But these are just details, nothing tragic Conclusion: All in one a very good stay here. We want to come again. Thanks to the whole Kolping Team!

We are taking our baby girl for baby swimming every Saturday (when we can make it). The facility is built to care for children on a best possible way. I could easily spend a week or two here. Highly recommended and the staff is always smiling and there to help.

Great place! Perfect for families with toddlers and babies. Easy to get around with a stroller. BUT: for dinner there is no tap water available. You have to order tap water and you have to pay for it. I found it very disappointing and cheap. Such a good hotel could do better. - please do something about this.
