★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Körmendy-házat 1701-1725 között barokk stílusban építették. 1823 körül klasszicista jegyekkel alakult ki a mai homlokzata. A II. világháborút követően – egyre leromlottabb – lakóház volt, majd az Államigazgatási Főiskola, jelenleg a Pannon Egyetem egyik épülete.
 The Körmendy House was built between 1701 and 1725 in Baroque style. Around 1823, its present façade was formed with classicist features. A II. After World War II, it was an increasingly dilapidated residential building, then the College of Public Administration, now one of the buildings of the University of Pannonia.
