Ettől függetlenül a legjobb bank!! A small waiting area, an unworthy place. L	Lőrinc Alfa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma szűntettem meg a folyószámláimat. Nem volt jó érzés, mert erre a bankra nem tudok rosszat mondani. 8 évig voltam náluk, ez nálam rekord idő. Sajnos kevés a fiókjuk. Ha lenne mondjuk Szombathelyen, maradtam volna. A cég korrekt hozzáállása, hogy nem szívatják az ügyfelet számla megszűntetésekor. Sajnos Magyarországon pedig ez a szokás, tapasztalat. Itt a lehetőségekhez mérten elbeszélgettünk, és a végén sok sikert kívantak. Mintha nyugaton lennénk! Maga a fiók elhelyezkedése tényleg nem olyan elegáns, mint azt nagy bankoknál megszokhattuk, de cserébe nem is húznak le. Az internetbankjuk meg logikusan van felépítve, jól használható. Simán lehet, hogy leszek még ügyfelük! I terminated my checking accounts today. It didn’t feel good because I can’t say bad things to this bank. The location of the account itself is really not as elegant as we might be used to at large banks, but they don’t even pull it off in return. Their internet bank is logically structured and easy to use. I could easily be their customer again!
F	Ferenc Balog on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pozitívum: Nagyon kedves, szakértő munkatársak, mozgássérült is megközelítheti! Negatívum: Kicsi ugyfeltér, az elhelyezkedés méltatlan egy pénzintézethez! Ha viszont valaki a neten bankok és legfeljebb bifizet a számlájára, akkor tökéletes megoldás! A külsőségekben puritán környezetet ellensúlyozzák a munkatársak és a MagNet Bank kondíciói! Ha tehát valamint végképp csak egy bankfiókban lehet elintézni, én ismét ide jövök majd! Positive: Very kind, expert staff, wheelchair accessible! Negative: Small clientele, location unworthy of a financial institution! If, on the other hand, someone is online banking and at most pays into your account, then it is a perfect solution! The puritanical environment in the exteriors is offset by the conditions of the employees and MagNet Bank! So if it can only be arranged in one bank branch, I will come here again!
L	Lenkei Gabriella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon gyors, hozzáértő, kedves volt az ügyintéző. Nehézséget csak az jelentett, hogy úgy körülbelül fél óra eltelt amíg megtaláltam a Kossuth téren a bankot. Az, hogy Kossuth tér 5. számomra még akkor sem jelenti a Kispesti piacot , ha régen Kispesten éltem. Telefonon sem igazán tudtak felvilágosítást adni, végül az utca embere volt a nyerő ! Ott kell bemenni a piacra, ahol a Csepel felé tartó buszok megállóhelye van, majd rögtön felmenni az emeletre. Ott sem túl feltűnő az ajtaja, de azért sikerült. The attitude of Magnet bank is correct, it is one of the better banks in Hungary, but the style of the people working here, their attitude towards the customer and their instructive speech lower it to an below-average level of service.
