Keresemre, hogy legalabb bent le lehetne ulni, kozoltek, hogy nyolckor nyitnak, igazan modoros modon. Meg jo, hogy nem ehgyomri vervetelre jottem. A vizsgálat előtt azt a tájékoztatást kaptam, hogy az eredményekre 2 hetet kell várni. 4 hét után telefonáltam rájuk, hogy kapok-e végül valamit a pénzemért. Végül a 6. héten kaptam meg a "leleteket". Egy előzetesen kinyomtatott majd újra beszkennelt papír jpeg verzióját kaptam (eredeti pdf dokumentum helyett), amin még az alap-adatok sem stimmeltek (mintavétel napja, személyes adatok, stb.). Abszolút nem tudok hitelt adni a papíron szereplő egyetlen számadatnak sem. Még véletlenül sem ajánlom senkinek, aki teheti, messzire kerülje el! I went for a food tolerance test (200+ test). I received a jpeg version of a pre-printed and then re-scanned paper (instead of the original pdf document) on which even the basic data were not correct (sampling date, personal data, etc.). I absolutely cannot lend credit to any of the figures on paper. I don’t even accidentally recommend it to anyone who can do it, far away!

Skurdenka Beatrix doktornő arrogáns, lekezelő stílusban beszélt, a panaszaimat és a kórelőzményeimet végig sem hallgatta. Ragaszkodott hozzá, hogy a problémáimat egy bizonyos dolog okozza, fennhangon mondogatva, hogy ha neki nem hiszek kérjek másodvéleményt. Egyáltalán nem magyarázott el semmit. Kértem, hogy még más értéket is nézzünk meg laborvizsgálat során, azonban leszólt, hogy ne gondolkodjak, végül nem került bele a laborba. Hazafelé végigbőgtem az utat. Mindent megkaptam kinyomtatva is és fel is töltik a biztosítómnál regisztrált fiókomba. Teljesen profi, bátran ajánlom! I was a little late, but I experienced a flexible and kind attitude. Nem tették. Eredeti üzenet: Katasztrófa. Tényleg. Az orvosok jók, viszont a szervezés egy nagy nulla. A telefont egyik melléken sem veszik fel, email cím nincs feltüntetve (csak panasznak), e-receptet nem tudnak kiírni, honlapjuk sokszor be sem tölt, időpontot vadászni kell. Kezd hasonlítani az állami rendszerre. Update: Because I was looking for a reception for treatment and could not reach them, I made a complaint via email (because I have a complaining email address but no receptionist) where I got the answer that they would call me. They didn't. Original message: Disaster. Indeed. Doctors are good, but the organization is a big zero. The phone is not picked up at any of the extensions, the email address is not indicated (only for complaints), they cannot write an e-prescription, their website often does not fill in, they have to hunt for a date. It is beginning to resemble the state system.

Very tastefully decorated surgeries, as if I weren't in a mall. The care was also of a high standard, kind and knowledgeable.

The doctor after the examination shouted out highly private and sensitive information about me at the reception area for all to hear. Later we had a teleconsultation scheduled when she called me later than the originally registered time and then hung up on me. I had to make another appointment for which they made me pay again, though we were merely finishing the consultation we started previously. Also, one of the invoice issues was incorrect and thus the insurance company is not willing to pay for the service. I do NOT recommend this facility.
