Az idősebb úriember aki segített meglepődésemre olyan szakértői felvilágosítást adott számunkra poénos/humoros megfogalmazással, hogy ilyen alapos kiszolgálásban még sehol sem volt részünk. Az úriember vásárlóközpontú hozzáállását, tudását és magát az üzletet maximális 5* -ra értékelnénk ! Köszönjük mégegyszer , biztos , hogy ajánlani fogom másoknak is ! We bought a mattress from them which was an absolute premium quality, a very good choice. The older gentleman who helped me to my surprise gave us such expert information with a funny / humorous wording that we have never had such a thorough service anywhere. We would rate the gentleman's customer-centric attitude, knowledge and the business itself to a maximum of 5 *! Thanks again, I will definitely recommend it to others!

Eredeti állapotban visszavittem ahol az eladó minősíthetetlen stílusban kioktatott, hogy vagy drágább párnát választok és ráfizetek, vagy olcsóbb párnát és akkor buktam a különbözetet! Fogyasztóvédelemhez vagyok kénytelen fordulni hogy a jogaimat érvényesítsem. Nem ajánlom az üzletet senkinek. Before Christmas, I bought a pillow that I tried at home and found to be unsuitable for me. I took it back in its original condition where the seller taught me in an unqualified style that I would either choose a more expensive pillow and pay for it, or a cheaper pillow and then I would make the difference! I am forced to turn to consumer protection to enforce my rights. I would not recommend the business to anyone.

After trying several mattresses, I found the right one for me. I am a returning customer, we bought the previous mattresses 7 years ago, when the showroom was on the corner of King Matthias Street.
