M	Márton Emil Tóth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Először a webshopon keresztül próbáltam rendelni. Elfelejtettem a jelszavamat, de hiába igényeltem újat, a link nem működött. Többszöri próbálkozásra sem. Ezután e-mailben kértem árajánlatot. Erre a levélre nem kaptam választ, ezért telefonon keresetem az üzletet. Ezt többször is megtettem, hogy a rendelni kívánt termékek érkezési idejéről tájékozódjak illetve megbizonyosodjak. Csalódnom kellett, mert a megbeszélt napon egyszerűen nem rakták be a központi raktárból érkező teherautóba az általam rendelt termékeket. Ekkor úgy döntöttem, hogy máshol vásárolom meg a kívánt termékeket, de egy-két apróság lemaradt. Ezután hívtak az üzletből, hogy másnapra megérkeznek a rendelt áruk, de én jeleztem, hogy már máshol vásároltam. Ennek ellenére a még hiányzó dolgokért gondoltam beugrom, de fölöslegesen. Az üzletben azt mondták, hogy a gép szerint megtalálható ez a termék, de ők a raktárban nem találják, mert nincs a helyén, ezért nem tudják most odaadni. I first tried to order through the webshop. I forgot my password, but even though I requested a new one, the link didn't work. Not to try again. I then emailed me a quote. I did not receive a reply to this letter, so I am calling the business by phone. I have done this several times to find out the time of arrival of the products I want to order. I had to be disappointed because on the agreed day, the products I ordered were simply not loaded into the truck coming from the central warehouse. That’s when I decided to buy the products I wanted elsewhere, but one or two little things were left behind. They then called me from the store to arrive the ordered goods the next day, but I indicated that I had already bought elsewhere. Even so, I thought I’d pop in for the things that were still missing, but unnecessarily. The store said the machine says this product can be found, but they can’t find it in the warehouse because it’s not in place, so they can’t give it away now.
