★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nurses are really rude, maybe in order to be hired they must have certain level of hatred accumulated that makes the environment feel uncomfortable and sickening. Once i went out of this place i started recovering way faster.
Food is garbage, they don't give enough fruits or vegetables.
Treatment can become better, maybe in a couple of years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called on their number. The lady was keen to help me with her little English. When she couldn't understand, she transferred the call to another person. This second lady was so rude she kept the receiver aside and disconnected the call after sometime.
I called again. Same ladies. And this second lady was so rude this time, I could hear that she banged the receiver and kept aside. Shame on your staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was worried when my family member was asked to get an emergency surgery done at Honved hospital. But finally everything went on smoothly. The initial investigation at emergency care takes lot of time, more than 10 hrs to confirm the problem and cause for it.
Sure there are initial hiccups and we need to manage this stage.
Once the person is admitted in the hospital the scenario is different. To our pleasant surprise the place looked very nice. Initially the patient was placed in a room with 2 beds for 2 patients. The place is clean and nice. Later after surgery a room with 4 beds was allocated. What we liked is the experience and the positive attitude of surgeons. The surgeons did a great job. Thanks to Dr. Figura Balint Laszlo for the positive support received from him. He has been very kind and helped us to understand the details well both before and post operation. What’s important is the drs brought all parameters before surgery under control and did surgery in one day which is commendable ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my second shot for covid vaccination here. The doctor was really helpful and handsome hehe. Eventhough the old lady in the reception a little bit not friendly but she seems nice :). The doctor and the staffs speak English so no worries?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What you heard about Hungarian hospitals is possibly not great. However the Honvéd has really pro doctors, nice nurses and facilities for plenty many things. Honestly, the building has its problems but i can't say nothing bad for the people working here.
