★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service, awful food, the nachos came out with no cheese on them, we asked if we could please have some more and the waiter replied by pointing at a single strand of cheese and saying "see cheese" she then told us if we weren't happy it is what it is and we can leave a review. Shocking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having read some of the reviews here I was a little cautious. However, I was immediately greeted by a friendly waitress with a smile. Directed to a nice private table - I was on my own. Was given a menu and ordered a beer which came within a minute. My order was taken and within 15 minutes, my burger and fries arrived. This is not a top end restaurant but the food met my expectations. The beer was cold and when I ordered a second one, it arrived quickly. All TVs were showing a variety of sports as you would expect. All in all a normal sports bar experience. Nothing special but nothing I could complain about. I see people whinging about prices. I guess for them, it was the first time they ever bought food / drink at an airport. Who expects food and drink at an airport to be cheaper?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the quality in the restaurant. We were waiting with about 15 other people for minutes in a queue in front of the entrance to be seated. Although many tables were still free and even completely set, no one from staff even turned to the waiting people. Have then looked for something else.

No ribs available this time but such is life. 5-10 minute walk to the gates from here. Easy to see the flight details on the nearby screen.
Price in line with airport food. Various different beers, including “on tap”
Location of Google maps is not right. It is in the other corner opposite KGC.

Went here for a sit down waiting for the plane - having used McCleary's in many other airports.
Despite 3 waiters and a bartender for less than 10 active tables, it took the better part of 10 minutes before a waiter even approached us.
We got Mozarella sticks and Jalapeño Poppers with nacho chips as snacks - dry and tasting like standard micro oven fare.
Not worth the time nor the money.
As a finishing floruish, the waitress had the audacity to claim a 10% service charge for doing! absolutely! nothing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fine for an airport. Food is pricey for Hungary but reasonably priced for anyone from Western Europe, the US, etc. (14 euro for grilled chicken with French fries and a small salad). The dish was on the small side (only one, if fairly large, chicken breast) but tasted good. My request to switch the fries for more salad was agreed upon by the waiter but didn't end up in the final meal. Meal took 20 minutes to come from the moment I sat down (I was one person; the restaurant was fairly busy); the bill came within a minute of asking. Waiters were polite throughout.
