I got there nearly half an hour after they ordered to see what is going on with their food. The waiters were not around and when I asked for a shift manager, I was told there is none. When I could not find any waiter, I went closer to the kitchen, so I could see at which stage their food is, but I was agressively appointed to go away from there, accompanied with language I don’t understand and who knows which words were used there. When the dishes finally arrived, there was a mistake and they had to make a new one and this felt like our fault, although it was theirs. Finally, when we had to pay, there was service included and I told them that I don’t want my girls to pay for this kind of service, which of couse was met with a “face”. Every respectful place would’ve compensate with something, just for the waiting time and then for the mistake in the dish and would never charge automatically for this kind of service so I really hope that you will try to work on those after this review and will gladly tell you personally what and how you can fix ?? נשלח מה-iPhone שלי
I	Imre Balogh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can just advise you to avoid this restaurant. The food reminds me of the worst local buffets, not Italia as the name suggests. The lasagne was 95% bad quality pasta, ready to choke you badly. Where is the bechamel? Where is the meat? The pizza was served without any tomato sauce, dry like the desert. They covered it with a bunch of ruccola to hide it from sight. Price is average to high, service is bad, we waited more than 10 minutes to a bottle of water after ordering. Just avoid..

The portions are huge compared to most restaurants in the area, which is great. Most main courses are around 1900-3000 HUF, and some of the lower priced pastas are very good indeed. I'd recommend this place for lunch.

The food is more than great and delicious... from starters to main course and drinks. Never though I would enjoy a meal that much especially in a mall. Totally recommended esepcially for those who seek mall to shop and eat.
