★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 113 perces várakozási idő... Ha megkérdeztem, hogy nem felejtettek-e el, csak jött a sablon válasz: "Várjon türelemmel szólítani fogják!" Hozzáteszem számlát megszüntetni mentem be, hisz megelégeltem az állandó >30 perc várakozást, annak ellenére, hogy elvileg "prémium ügyfél" voltam. A személyzet bizonyos tagjai, pedig jobb lenne, ha inkább gépekkel dolgoznának egy gyárban, mint emberekkel egy bankban.
113 minutes of waiting time ... When I asked if they had forgotten, the template response came: "Wait patiently!" I would add an account to cancel and I went in because I was satisfied with the constant> 30 minute wait, even though I was a "premium customer" in principle. Some members of the staff, though, would be better off working with machines in a factory than with people in a bank.
