★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank has really bad service. One old Woman worker is very racist, she is very unkind and treats her customer badly. Otp bank is so disappointing, they changed my pin code of my bank account without asking me and made a frustrating situation. The boss of the otp bank should educate his workers well to treat customers with smile and good attitude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When picking a number I had to choose if I were speaking hungarian or english. Since I picked "english" my number was scipped and I had to wait for one whole hour. The people there refused to help me, so I picked a new number in "hungarian" and after 1.5 hours waiting could finally pay my bills. horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here for administration once, never again if i don't need to, cause I waited an hour. I would give only 1 star if they wouldn't have (maybe the only) "pay-in" machine. Before that machine i had to pay in by the administrator (and wait for an hour before that)... now i can take in cash anytime in a speed of light.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst... only one teller can speak English. I had to wait 40 minutes to finally talk to someone and I was asked another 40 minutes to talk to someone who can speak English. Do not waste your time going to this branch.

Don’t ever never get fooled yourself by visiting this store!!!!!!!!!
I tried to withdraw some cash from the bank teller and they told me to wait for 10 minutes without explaining why I needed to wait...
so I waited, of course more than 10 min, for 30 min, while they were playin with their phone.
After waiting for 30 min and I, myself, complained to the teller, then she finally helped me out...
They are sooo rude to the foreigners...
I wish I can call the customer service to claim these people... running my whole day

Staff are very friendly and specially the one who handles English speaking customers is very friendly and helpful. You don’t have to wait to much here. Management is awesome and staff seems happy. If staff is happy then customers will be obviously satisfy.
