Easy to reach location and a friendly staff. I wanted to open a student's bank account and it got done in just 15mins. Highly recommended.

Today i went there to transfer money to one of my friends and when i arrived i found the machine which u can take a number from but the problem that it was only in Hungarian language so i didn't know what to choose and there was a Hungarian lady behind me and i ask her for help. Then i was waiting them to call my number and then one of the lady's did, i went to her and she was soo rude to me and she was saying bad words in Hungarian and i was trying soo hard to be patient with her but she's really disrespectful women. So in that case i don't recommend to anyone to join that bank.... At all!

Bank is downtown. I go here often for transactions and no bad experience so far. They have separate ATM for Euro which is excellent. OTP Online Banking in general is very good.

If you are looking for an efficient OTP branch with friendly English speaking staff this is the one. I opened my bank account here and had no problems . All the staff were professional and very helpful.

I had a delightful experience today: friendly, professional staff, they exceeded all my expectations. I booked the appointment online, and everything was ready within 20 minutes. Their colleague provided all the information I needed.

I am waited 2 hours to recover the password entering new OTP app.

I am very disappointed that I chose this particular bank branch to open an account. Each time I spent a lot of time waiting for my turn: - for the first time I waited 1 hour to open an account, and they just gave me a fill out a questionnaire. - A week later I was told to come to sign the contract. And I sat in line for about 30 minutes. - Another 10 days I was waiting for my card. And to pick it up, it took me 1 hour and 15 minutes to wait. After it turned out that I still have to pay the postage for sending the card. What is this anyway ?! Normal banks, firstly, work more efficiently, and secondly, they themselves pay for these internal expenses. Why should the client care about this? I open a product with you, I don't care how you deliver this card, I don't have to pay for it. --- The staff are friendly. But there are very few of them. Only 2-3 people worked each time. --- The office is beautiful, there is water and free wi-fi.

The service was great, in English. I did what I needed easily, unlike other agencies that made the same order difficult with unnecessary bourucracy.
