Saliris Resort - Egerszalók

The pools and the sauna area is cool: environment is clean, staff is nice. You have a big choice of pools and services (14C°- 38 C°, massage, relaxing or healing environments etc.) On the other hand there are areas that can be improved: - restrooms, they were not well cleaned at the time of our visit, - also in the restaurant during the lunch time the food was cold but warmed up using micro wave... You don't expect this to happen in a 5 star environment.

Egerszalók is beautiful and the wood around the resort. ?The resort is huge it looks good outside but inside it is rather plain and cold. The rooms per night costs a lot of money but i didn’t have a feeling that i got what i paid for. The bath area: ?The changing area is dirty in the cloack rooms..and the cabin is small if you go there at winter and you have a bag, boots and winter coat to put in. ?The interior design of the bath area is plain and grey, it looks like a simple swimming pool, only difference is that the water is hot. I wasn’t impressed for that amount of money that you pay for daily entrance (5800huf/person) ?they have many resting beds but the whole bath is too noisy and loud. It is impossible to relax there ?the sauna and massage area look good, they have 4-5 saunas and 3 different types. ?the pools outside have a good feeling to sit in warm water while the weather is cold outside ?they have aqua zumba lesson for “free” included in the entrance fee. It was funny.

Was expecting more from a 4star superior hotel. However, the location and the bath is superb. Thank you for the sauna events!

Perfect place to have some rest.

Rating the therm baths only as I wasn't a guest of the hotel. We were surprised by the fact that in the middle of week in the July the place was not crowded. Plenty of space to find and relax, various pools with various therm waters- my kids (3 and 9) enjoyed the place a lot. Very clean area, nic and comfy pools for everyone. Will definitely be back:)

Great place to chill out and relax. Sunset is pretty amazing from the balcony during dinner.

Hotel is 15 years old. In our first room safe and telephone haven't worked. We got another one. The second surprise was the sauna world that would charge extra. HUF 2k pro day and person. At a total cost of more than 200k I find it exaggerated. Although we didn't use it at all, we were charged 4k for it. Anything else was excellent. We spent 4 nights there at the end of April 2022.
