★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy táska rendeléssel kapcsolatban hívtam az üzletet. A telefonon bejelentkező hölgy nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. Miután kiderült, hogy az utazásunk előtt nem érkezik meg a megrendelt bőröndünk, felajánlotta, hogy utánanéz, hol szerezhető be azonnal, majd le is beszélte, hogy tegyék félre a részünkre. Nagyon kellemes tapasztalat volt! (Azóta a bőröndöt átvettük, gyönyörű és tökéletesen működik.)
 I called the store about ordering a bag. The lady who checked in on the phone was very kind and helpful. After it turned out that our ordered suitcase would not arrive before our trip, he offered to look for where to get it right away, and then talked to put it aside for us. It was a very pleasant experience! (Since then, we've taken over the suitcase, it's beautiful, and it works perfectly.)

It's very inconvenient to make the suitcase repaired during my long trip.
And the seller gave me the wrong document so that I couldn't get the tax refund stamp in the airport. I didn't get my tax refund in the end. That makes me more angry.
