This store (above, larger) and its staff are light years away from other Guess stores! I have never seen such a cup in my life anywhere in the world, in any Guess store like here. No matter, I ordered it from guess.com, where it was listed as a new item in addition to white in about 10 more colors. Then the other day I wanted to exchange a wallet that I got as a gift. I handed over the block and the wallet, specifically the smarts at the checkout for a few minutes to pay for the wallet ? while holding it with the block in hand (item number on the block, exact name, etc.) Then it was very difficult to understand i want to buy it because i don't like it! Of course, their stock shortage is even more tragic after Christmas, they were redirected to the Andrássy út store! I also drew the following conclusion: From now on, I will go to the Andrássy út store, because the service there is professional, there is an ORDER, there are many more products, there are sizes, even from special products. The sellers pay attention to the buyers, if they have to bring the clothes into the rehearsal booth in advance, when your hand is full, they will take it from you, put it down at the checkout so that you can look further comfortably. The 5 stars also go there. In Westend, let the management know, because the store doesn't have good news!
