Amikor bementem, hogy szolgáltatást szeretnék váltani, közölték, hogy hiába járt le a hűségidő, ők akkor is csak 1 éves hűségidővel tudnak csomagot változtatni. Nagyot néztem, mert a honlapom mást írnak, de hölgy közölte, hogy ő nem tudja mi van a honlapon (nincs tisztában annak a cégnek a honlapjával, aminél dolgozik?!), ő akkor sem tud hűségidő nélkül csomagot váltani nekem. Erre megkérdeztem, hogy jó de akkor ha már 1 éves hűség, ugye kedvezmény jár, mert a honlapon azt is írták (3 hónapig kedvezményes díj). Erre a hölgy: nem az ugyanannyiba kerül, mint hűségidő nélkül. Sebaj, felhívtam a Telecomot, hogy ez mégis mi, mire ők is azt mondták ami a honlapon le van írva. Mondtam nekik, hogy az egyik irodájuk teljesen mást állít, erre azt tanácsolták, hogy inkább intézzem el telefonon a csomagváltást. Telefonon percek alatt sikerült elintézni, nem próbáltak beleugratni semmibe sem, és nem állítottak hazugságot, úgy, mint az Auchannál lévő iroda!!! On the phone I managed to settle in minutes, did not try to jump into nothing and did not lie, like the office at Auchan !!!

Nagyon megalázó és kellemetlen szitu volt, nagyon kevés választott el tőle hogy felálljak hogy akkor köszönöm de hagyjuk egymást. Sose tapasztaltam sehol még hasonlót sem. 0 help.
