★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No merece nada la pena, el sitio es espectacular pero está lleno de gente joven que bebe cerveza y vino dentro del agua ( incluso vimos alguno fumar) saturando las piscinas exteriores además. Es un lugar para ligar???? Adjunto fotos , pero una gran decepción....hay momentos que parece que va arrancar un DJ y empezar una fiesta. Ni de lejos unas termas o balneario recomendable.
Not worth anything, the place is spectacular but it is full of young people who drink beer and wine in the water (we even saw some smoking) saturating the outdoor pools as well. Is it a place to flirt ???? I attach photos, but a big disappointment .... there are moments that it seems that a DJ will start and start a party. Not far from a spa or spa.

Assez calme avant 11h00. Les bassins extérieurs sont magnifiques et environ à 30•. Pour les bassins intérieurs chauffés de 18• à 38• la déco est beaucoup plus basique pour la partie gauche et plus soignée avec le grandes colonnes rouges pour ceux de droite.
Visited on a beautiful and cold Monday morning at 6 •.
Fairly quiet before 11:00 a.m. The outdoor pools are magnificent and around 30%. For the heated indoor pools from 18 • to 38 • the decoration is much more basic for the left part and more polished with the large red columns for those on the right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't visited it yet, I am there, it is 7:00pm, already closed, the information given by Google Map is wrong. It opens daily 06:00 to 19:00, ticket sales ends at 18:00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful and large thermal baths. Many tourists come here too. Unfortunately there is no ban on mobile phones or cameras. Lots of people taking photos and filming with no consideration of privacy. Staff very mixed, friendly & helpful and unfriendly & inefficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the thermal tour booked and it was really overpriced for what you got. In hindsight I would probably just have paid for access to the baths. There are some drinks and fruits that you can access in the relaxation area, but it's nothing special. There was a "Aromatherapy cabin (20 minutes)" listed on the site, that was never mentioned when we were there. But the most annoying thing was that the spa had booked a cabin on the opposite side of the thermal baths, and to get to the reception you had to go across the whole facility (in bathing gear) and get wet. This was a problem because we had been lent bath robes and bath towels for a deposit and to get our deposit back we had to get wet...but then we didn't have any towels. This was never mentioned by the Palm Spa staff so we were already fully clothed when we made the discovery. The least they could do was to accommodate this situation in some way.
