★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were there 3 nights in Christmas time. Superior room has very little space for clothes. Room temperature was nearly 26 C (I had thermometer with me). Room heater closed, AC not working to cool down the room. At open window was noisy.
At the poolside no personnel present. So one guy jumped to the pool and disturbed others. I saw one guy going all sweaty from sauna to the pool. In sauna people go in swimwear many not using towels.
Breakfast is fine.
When check out, all that receptionists said was goodbye.
I would say this is 3 star hotel and not 4 star.

That was perfect! Very attentive staff, comfortable rooms, Gym is just excellent! Sauna is nicely made as it has to be.
17 minutes by metro to House of Parliament. Just FYI 15 minutes by taxi.

I paid 444€ for 4 four nights for two. Halfway through the rest, the wellness area was to be closed for a few days. When I found out about this I couldn't cancel my booking without losing almost all my money as it was a week until New Years Eve. On the spot, it turned out that it was dirty, not only in the room, but also in the entire hotel, in the elevator, telephone cable, lamp. There is mold and water streaks in the toilet. Before entering, the first thing you smell is chlorine. In appearance, the hotel stopped in 20 years. I do not recommend it to anyone, very weak!

Reception service was good.
Our room was very clean.
Restaurant is cozy.
Good location. Less than 100m from metro.
Wi-Fi little slow for my liking.
Good value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little disappointed. The “spa” is just a cold, dark and depressing pool and sauna. Did not want to spend anytime in there. The noisiest hotel I’ve stayed at with people constantly running up and down the corridors shouting and slamming doors at all hours. The walls and doors don’t keep out any sound you can hear everything. The breakfast was good. The bed is big and very comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is very clean, the staff is super nice, the bed is very comfortable. Rooms are so warm, even though it's pretty cold outside for spring weather, they are not skimping on the heating. We have a nice balcony with a view from our room. The pool is warm and clean, there is a fully equipped gym open almost all day every day. The food is fresh, there is a nice variety to it as well. Would come back to this place in a heartbeat.
