Senkinek nem ajánlom a helyet, inkább más T-mobilnál ügyintézzen! I waited for almost 20 minutes, and finally I came ... Two of them were on duty, one leaning against the counter + one crawling up and down and mobilizing, "as if he were working." I do not recommend the place to anyone, but rather do it with another T-mobile!

A MediaMarkt - ban ugyan ez 55e, netes rendeléssel 50e. Gratula! ... and they don't lie! They advertise phones at amazing prices. Really like this: Huawei p smart 2019: $ 68 Domino. This is 55e in MediaMarkt and 50e in online order. Congrats!

Köszönés nélkül csak odaröfög valamit a vásárlóknak.... Nem is értem, hogy a Telekom hogy alkalmazhat egy ilyen antiszociális embert aki az ügyfelekkel foglalkozik..... The alpine, condescending style of a long curly man with strong hair in the autumn and shoulders cannot be stated within the limits of feeling good. Without thanking, he just bursts into something for the customers .... I don't even understand how Telekom can employ such an antisocial person who deals with customers .....

Biztosan vannak kivételek, de egy egyszerű otthoni hálózat megrendelése közben sem sikerült pontosan felvenni hány készülékhez kérjük. Természetesen az nem hibázik, aki nem dolgozik, de miután utána járok a dolgoknak és megrendelem még egyszer azt a plusz készüléket, amit eredetileg is kértem, kiszállítás előtt 6 perce jön az SMS, hogy ma kapjuk meg. ( nem meglepő módon, senki nem volt otthon, de azért szóltam a futárnak ne hozza, mert nem vagyunk otthon) . Ezek után másnap érte megyek, hívom megint a központot, majd kiderül nem rendeltem hozzá szerelőt ( igen feltehetőleg megint én nem kértem... ) , de kegyesek és ki tudnak küldeni egyet 4000 forintért.... Miután 2x is elrontották a rendelésem, teljesen logikus. The complete lack of “expertise” and “know-how” characterizes the company broadly. Of course, the one who doesn't work doesn't make a mistake, but after I go after things and order the extra device I originally asked for again, the SMS will arrive 6 minutes before delivery to get it today. (not surprisingly, no one was home, but I told the courier not to bring it because we’re not home). After that, I go for it the next day, I call the center again, and then it turns out I didn't assign a mechanic to it (yes, presumably I didn't ask again ...), but they are gracious and can send one for 4,000 forints .... After my order was ruined 2x, completely logical.
