Very bad service, capable of attacking customers if they ask to order separately. In the places next door, for the same price, the service does not attack or intimidate you.

Worst place in Budapest, with the most rude people. Last weekend a woman was slapped by the waiter just because she asked to split the bill 50/50 with her fiend.

Violent waiter. We were having a good night and the bad service, despite the rude attitude of the waiter, until we ordered the check, they were closing and my friend was trying to explain him how we wanted to split the check and he started to yell at her, telling her that we were foreigners and that he was the one telling us how to pay, my friend answered his bad modals and he grabbed her wrist aggressively, then slapped her in the face, spat to her face and started to insult us in Hungarian. Maybe there was something lost in translation because we were not talking in Hungarian, but there is no room for violence. So watch out if you are a tourist, don't go there.

Terrible place asked for a vodka shot with simple vodka instead we got 2 regular vodkas charged for the double price. Also tourists came to the place while we were there asking if they found some things they lost and they were so rude with them. I don't recommend this place. Very bad experience!!!!!!

Really rude staff, hardly any alcohol in the expensive cocktails. Staff basically kicked us out a second after we said we wanted the bill and were just generally really rude and uninterested. No wonder the place was empty when we arrived. Toilets dirty and broken. Would not recommend at all.

I would have given this place one star simply because of my interaction with the cashier (working 26/03/22 at 11:30ish) but the bartender was amazing and I loved my drink. The cashier, on the other hand, channeled a lifetime of rage into her demeanor. I ordered two drinks, asked if I could split the bill, for which she freaked out on me. I tried to explain the situation and then just cancel the order and begin a new one, which then led her to laugh like a psychopath at me and then talk badly about me to the bartender. I was concerned he would let her toxicity influence the drink, but he did not, so I love him — hate her.

I warn everyone not to go there. We made very Bad experience with this place. Unbelievable bad service and unfriendly personal. When we got there it was still open and people were singing, so we decided to order a beer which tasted disgusting. The staff were talking and laughing about us in front of our faces in their language and suddenly the woman at the bar sent us away because she wanted to clean the bar. A minute and 2 sips of beer later a guy came to us and told us that we need to go, because they are closing. We showed him our fresh beer and asked if we could stay 10 more minutes to which he agreed and 2 minutes later he shouted to us from behind the bar that it‘s time to go. We asked him why nobody told us that they are closing and he didn‘t even looked at our eyes. They could have sell us beer in bottle or make us a cocktail to go, which they offer, or it‘s only written on the wall. Very mean and arrogant. Don’t go there, they don’t deserve to have clients with this attitude!

I would give this tourist trap 0 stars if it was possible. This is a trap! Don’t enter this place!!! Me and my date were sat next to a group of five British girls. As we were waiting for the waitress, the five girls were arguing with the other waiter, they did not want to pay because according to them, “The cocktails contained NO alcohol”!! I felt second hand embarrassment, and thought they were trying to get out of paying for their cocktails… They argued with the waiter for 10-15 minutes before the boss (I believe) came and let them go. At this stage I noticed that they did in fact not drink the cocktails. The boss yelled in Hungarian at the group as they walked away, It did not sound like he was blessing them to say the least. To remind you, their table was less than a meter away from ours… The situation got really funny when I got my Miami long iced tea, one of the STRONG cocktails on the menu, which was listed under “Strong cocktails” as opposed to “Regular cocktails”. My cocktail was supposed to taste like alcohol considering it contained Vodka, Rum, Gin, and peach liquor, but what I essentially got was cranberry orange juice… Seeing and hearing the blessings the boss sent towards the British group, I decided I will not start a fight with that angry defeated man over around 14.5$. Payed for the Orange juice with class and left. Lovely waitress though, too bad the whole place is a scam and a tourist trap.
