V	Viktória Varga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amíg nem történik boltvezető váltás, addig nem ajánlom senkinek sem a Trunk and Co üzletet a Premier Outlet-ben. Már többedjére csalódok az üzletvezető férfi stílusán és arrogáns hozzáállásán, és eddig csak akkor mentem be a boltba, ha ő nem volt ott. Volt olyan eset, hogy kérdeztem valamit tőle, de bárcsak ne tettem volna, olyan hangnemben kaptam a választ. A mai eset után azonban nem mehetek csak úgy el, mert az üzletvezető viselkedése olyan megalázó és kritikán aluli volt, hogy többen ledermedve álltunk a boltban. A boltban sokan voltak, épp nézelődtem, a kasszánál hatalmas sor alakult ki, mert az egyik vásárlónál (egy család kisgyerekkel) probléma volt, ha jól értettem, azért, mert nem egyezett a terméken feltüntetett ár a kifizetett árral. Az üzletvezető kritikán aluli hangnemben beszélt velük, és szó szerint ott ordítozott a családdal és a kisgyerekkel (!) előttünk, vásárlók előtt. A boltvezető még a kollégájával, a fiatal eladó férfival is kiabált, hogy többet nem engedi a kasszához. A boltvezető még számolni sem tudott, és már én éreztem kellemetlenül magamat, hogy szegény anyuka és apuka próbálja elmagyarázni a vezetőnek, hogy számolja már ki jól a számológépével, hogy mennyi az annyi. Szegény kisgyerek nagyon megijedt az üzletvezetőtől, nagyon sírt, ráadásul neki is beszólogatott a férfi. Egyáltalán ezt hogy gondolta, hogy beszól egy kisgyereknek? Hogy gondolta egyáltalán, hogy egy kisgyerek előtt így viselkedhet? Az anyuka próbálta kérni az eladó férfit, hogy magyarázza el a főnökének, hogy mi a helyzet, de szegény nem mert vele vitába keveredni, érthető módon megijedt ő is a főnöke viselkedésén. Ledermedve álltunk többen a boltban, és sokan megijedtek, és kimentek inkább, és nem vásároltak. Érdekesmód, amikor a panaszkönyvet kérte az apuka, akkor hirtelen meg tudta oldani a vezető a reklamációt. Kérdem én, hogy engedhet meg magának egy ilyen lekezelő, arrogáns és sértő hangnemet egy kereskedelemben dolgozó ember, ráadásul egy boltvezető? Komoly fizető embereket veszítenek el az ilyen stílussal. Hozzáteszem, hogy ezek után én sem vásároltam, és otthagytam a boltot. Until there is a change of store manager, I will not recommend the Trunk and Co store to anyone in the Premier Outlet. I’m already mostly disappointed with the store manager’s male style and arrogant attitude, and so far I only went into the store when he wasn’t there. There was a time when I asked him something, but I wish I hadn’t, I got the answer in that tone. However, after today’s incident, I can’t just leave because the store manager’s behavior was so humiliating and uncritical that several of us stood still in the store. There were a lot of people in the store, I was just looking around, there was a huge line at the checkout because one of the shoppers (a family with a small child) had a problem, if I understood correctly, because the price on the product did not match the price paid. The store manager spoke to them in a sub-critical tone and literally yelled at the family and the small child (!) In front of us, customers. The store manager even shouted to his colleague, the young salesman, that he would no longer allow him to checkout. The store manager couldn’t even count, and I already felt uncomfortable that poor mom and dad were trying to explain to the manager that he was already calculating well with his calculator how much that was. Poor little kid was very scared of the store manager, he was crying a lot, and the man called him. How did you think he was talking to a small child? How did you even think you could behave like that in front of a small child? The mother tried to ask the salesman to explain to her boss what the situation was, but the poor man did not dare to get involved with him, and he was understandably frightened by his boss's behavior. There were several of us standing in the store, and many were frightened and went out rather than shopping. Interestingly, when the dad asked for the complaint book, the driver was suddenly able to resolve the complaint. I ask, can such a disparaging, arrogant and offensive tone be afforded by a person working in commerce, plus a store manager? They lose serious paying people with this style. I would add that after that I didn’t buy either and left the store.
A	Augustino Song on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are very rude. I wanted to buy a new product that was not on display, but the staff said no. But when I checked out and visited again in a few minutes, the same product is displayed again. When I protested, I was treated like a strange person. I think they're ignoring that I am from Asia. It was the most horrifying experience in Hungary, and I will officially protest.
