Kellemes, nyugodt környezet, felkészült alkalmazottak. Ha legközelebb ügyet szeretnék intézni, ezt a fiókot választom, ajánlom mindenkinek. I arrived at the bank branch on time to open an account. They were immediately welcomed and the staff there were very helpful. Pleasant, calm environment, prepared employees. Next time I want to take care of a case, I choose this account, I recommend it to everyone.

Hiába írom be a sorszámhívóba hogy vállalati ügyben járok ott, eltelik egy óra mire valaki odajön megkérdezni mire várok. Legutóbb egy adategyeztetést nem sikerült elintézni több mint két óra alatt, mert nem volt olyan dolgozó jelen aki ezt meg tudta volna csinálni. As a small business customer, I regularly visit my account. Endless waiting is common. Even though I write in the serial number that I’m there for business, it takes an hour for someone to come and ask what I’m waiting for. Last time, a data reconciliation could not be arranged for more than two hours because there were no employees present who could do it.

Keretek közötti rugalmasság. Amit máshol hosszadalmasan végeznek itt megoldották 15 perc alatt. Gratulálok a vezetőségnek a bankban dolgozó munkatársaikhoz. As much as I didn’t like going to the bank, they changed my previous experiences so much here. :) Nice service, proper preparation. Flexibility within the framework. What is being done lengthily elsewhere here has been solved in 15 minutes. Congratulations to the management on their staff at the bank.
D	Deli Maria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon kedvesek, segítőkészek és nem utolsó sorban türelmesek voltak velem az ügyintézők. Minden kérdésemre válaszoltak. Ezért a bankot, főleg ezt a bankfiókot mindenkinek a legjobb szívvel tudom ajánlani. Ezentúl bármi személyesen intézendő dolgom lesz a bankban, csakis a Campónában lévő UniCredit bankfiókba megyek. The clerks were very kind, helpful and, last but not least, patient with me. They answered all my questions. That is why I can best recommend the bank, especially this branch, to everyone. From now on, I will have anything to do in person at the bank, just go to the UniCredit branch in Campona.
I	István Madai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lakossági számlaügyintézéssel kapcsolatban jártam ebben a fiókban, és meglepődve tapasztaltam, hogy rövid várakozást követően sorra is kerültem. Az ügyintézés gyors és problémamentes volt, nagyon kedvesek voltak, és ami még meglepő volt számomra, hogy egy másik, korábban már lehetetlennek tűnő visszatérítéssel kapcsolatban is tudtak segíteni. I visited this branch in connection with retail account management, and I was surprised to find that I was in line after a short wait. The administration was quick and hassle free, they were very kind and what was even more surprising to me was that they were able to help with another refund that seemed impossible before.
Z	Zsolt Stefanik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A korábbi tapasztalataim a fiókkal nagyon nem voltak pozitívak! Hosszú várakozás, körülményes ügyintézés…. A tegnapi napon viszont nagyon pozitívan csalódtam! Új vezetés, új munkaerő, gyorsak, rugalmasak, kedvesek és mosolygósak voltak. Gyorsan sorra kerültem és az ügyintéző nagyon segítőkész, felkészült és alapos volt, még kávéval is megkínáltak, abszolút pozitív az ügyfélélmény. Ezentúl csak ebbe a fiókba fogok járni ügyet intézni és gratulálok a vezetőnek. My previous experience with the account was not very positive! Long wait, cumbersome administration…. Yesterday, however, I was very positively disappointed! They were new leadership, new workforce, fast, flexible, kind and smiling. I was in line quickly and the clerk was very helpful, prepared and thorough, they even offered me coffee, the customer experience was absolutely positive. From now on, I will only go to this account to handle a case and congratulate the manager.

F	Fanni Karolina Tóth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 45 minutes after getting a number (on Monday morning from 10 AM, which is arguably not the busiest time) to be told "I don't know why we haven't notified you about your overdue balance since 2017." (It is March, 2020 as I'm writing this review.) So I said, okay, let me take out my money and finally get done with your bank. "Okay, you'll have to come back in about 30 minutes to get your money." which on its own is outrageous, but okay, I'll comply. Then when I come back, they have me sign a bunch of papers and then HAVE ME SIT FOR ANOTHER WHILE. That is happening as I am writing this review. And waiting to take my amazing 2000 dollars worth of money from this incompetent bunch. Oh wait, I have learned that the ONLY person capable of handling cash is out HAVING LUNCH. And as I asked for the name of the cashier, she refused to give it to me, surely because of her superior service. ?‍♀️
