★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma 2020 10 08 voltam náluk meglepően készségesek voltak. Nem tudtam ugyan elintézni az ügyem, mert nincs pénztáruk, de segítettek, tanácsot adtak. Bárcsak minden bankfiók ilyen lenne, az Unicredit-nek 10 évig voltam ügyfele, most szivatnak nem tudom miért, szerintem örülhetnének inkább egy korrekt kis ügyfélnek is. Szerintem ezek a bankok 5-10 éven belül teljesen megszünnek, és sajnos meg is érdemlik. Bizonyos esetekben szükség van bank fiókokra is, ilyenekre mint ez.
Today I was 08/10/2020 they were surprisingly willing. I couldn’t handle my case because they didn’t have a treasury, but they helped, they gave me advice. I wish every bank branch was like this, I have been a customer of Unicredit for 10 years, now I don't know why, I think they could be happier for a fair little customer. I think these banks will completely disappear within 5-10 years, and unfortunately they deserve it. In some cases, bank accounts such as this are also required.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast and friendly service, unlike in their other branch at Sugár mall. Went in, since it was pretty empty I didn't have to wait, didn't have to take a number to queue, the guy who took my case was really friendly, explained every step he was going to do, walked me through all the documents I had to sign, so even though this location is quiet far away from me, I'm still more inclined to visit it, than the other ones. Great job.
