This branch and bank is not trustworthy at all because it closed my account and that of all Iranians without any reason.

If you need anything bring water and a snack. It will take long even with the bank empty.

Always a long waiting time! Although you can select English language in the machine to get your serving number, the majority of staff doesn't actually speak English: a couple of times I have been told to wait even longer once my turn came! Otherwise, staff has been huffing and puffing in front of my face! Very bad customer service!!!

The bank workers are slow and dont seem to care about customers. I had to wait 30 mins after picking my number, and in the end i still could not deposit and had to wait another employee who just dissapeared. Meanwhile the bank was empty, i was the only client at the moment. Time to change the bank.

The worst bank branch I have ever dealt with. The staff is highly trained in ignoring the customer, certified in rudeness and hostility. I applied for my SZEP card in July and got in November (it was lost twice!). In case the staff forgets English, use the word "complaint" - it was a great reminder in my case. I also suggest to take some snacks and water to the branch, even with no people one has to wait. I sincerely recommend this MKB branch to those who are keen on training their patience. Google does not allow to give 0 stars, that's why 1. ALL EXPATS STAY AWAY!

I never had badly experience with offices like today, they need to learn how to speak with foreigners ??

Surprisingly, in this branch things were better than in any other. At least the space itself looks good, I didn't have to spend there a lot of time, and some people speak English (this is a wow)! However, I was the only one in an empty office with 4 employees looking in the screens, chatting, eating, joking, but paying no attention to the customer sitting right in front of them. Only after I came to them and asked straight to start working with me, they asked for my number. And it turns out that they don't see numbers in their system! Why the hell does that queue machine stand there?! Ridiculous. Anyway, it is still the worse bank with an extremely low service. After the merge of Budapest Bank with MKB it became only worse. The phone customer service just sucks. Guys, really, go to some decent bank if don't want to lose all your nerve cells fighting with incompetence here.
