★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unacceptable poor customer service. Queued in line with one customer being served in front of us. When our turn came, he ignored us completely and went over to the other side of the counter and started serving some lady the manager/owner was talking to when she came in way after us. This is very rude and unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coffee was just okay. Not hot. Ordered the french cream pastry. Was an absolute disasater. The upper and bottom layers were too thick, dense and extremely sweet. After eating, the whole thing was a mess! Prices are also high. Blueberry muffin was allright. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! Just by opening a fancy place, the food doesn’t get tasty! Especially when you are on a holiday and you come from Germany( where you get the most deli cakes), it was extremely dissappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service at 10.30am. Nice and clean. Seating in and out. Next to a small park. We had beer but icecream and snacks available as well as other drinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I guess most of the bad reviews are coming from people forgetting this is a self service restaurant, and you should judge accordingly.
This said I'd give it 5 stars, since there's a good choice of food, salad, desserts and there's a special tourist menu if you get there before 14.
What we've tried we enjoyed it. Chicken with jalapeno, backed potatoes, chicken soup, goulash.
Note: compared to regular restaurants food is 1 lvl below.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to wait 10-15 mins to drink the coffee because it was way too hot... and it was served in a glass (!?) instead of a cup, which didn't make things better. It was a bit expensive as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sandwich was prepared with fresh ingredients and was made to order. Even though it was close to Fisherman's Bastion, the price was affordable.
The facility was clean, and the staff was courteous and helpful.
They also serve coffee and desserts.
