I will start by saying that tax is fraudulent (of course it is not possible to pay by card, because that would be a trace of payment, but in cash), no invoice is given, citing that the landlord should have indicated in advance if he asked for a detailed invoice (not VAT, I’m talking about a plain bill!) while it would be mandatory for them to enter the machine. Of course, they failed to do so, and not just me, but several people in the waiting room indicated that they would not be billed for the cost of the intervention. It’s just that they poke an amount like a paperback that isn’t backed up with any paper, and of course you pay because you’re worried about your little pet, there’s no time to think things through. They charge heavy tens of thousands for a job (teeth left in the tartar) that they would have done nicer in a suburban office for half as much money. Without any prior consultation, the teeth of my puppy, who had no problems before (other than having tartar), were extracted, which was not justified by any medical history. A poor puppy’s teeth were extracted without an X-ray or other prior survey. The find was even written that there were several abscessing, moving teeth. When I said this, what about the other "theoretically abscessing, moving" teeth because I, as a layman, don't see them as bad, the answer was that the assistant prescribed it, he only had 1 bad tooth! Of course, from the Chamber to the other official bodies, I will take the necessary and sufficient legal steps to prevent this from happening to other animals.

I understand my own profession, obviously I won’t get your diagnosis overridden, but all I would note is that the cleansing of severe tartar in another place was completed by another doctor. As for the salary - I would add how much we would pay for the health of my puppy - it is still not clear to me that out of the 60,000 HUF, all of a sudden, it became 30,000 HUF? Not to hear it ???? Or 1 pc. canine extraction is subject to 50% VAT ?????? I read the posting, I don’t have insurance, so I really indicated that I don’t need a VAT invoice! One last thought: they forgot to give a receipt for 89,000 HUF !!!!

The doctor was very kind and helpful in treating the dog well but the paperwork was not thorough when we specifically emphasized that the dog would be traveling and therefore it was important that everything was fine. Unfortunately, it turned out late that not one but two dates were misspelled. The office could not be reached in the four days before departure due to opening hours. Due to inaccurate dating, we had to get a new passport from another veterinarian.

Elsewhere, they handle things more professionally. They sign a statement of consent, ask if they can pull out a tooth (instead of coming out of tartar, pointing out 6 extracted teeth), they are constantly given the drug under anesthesia, not pushing the dog in a double coma until the next day. When picking up my other dog’s tartar, a small pea outgrowth was cut out of my eyebrow without asking, which grew back 3x after 1 year because it wasn’t precise. I really like the doctors working there, but for me this is a treadmill, I have not been satisfied with the quality of the work done many times.

We went here for dental treatment, although we wouldn’t have done it. On the way home, our puppy fell into a coma and did not recover, he died a few hours later. Then we called the doctor, who was sorry, of course, but got stronger to take her back for an autopsy. We didn't even understand that, he thought. With the lifeless body of our beloved dog, completely shocked, should we go through the city ??? His attitude was insensitive and he never sought us after that. I know this is not a job description, just a human gesture. We will never go to him again and we will not recommend him in the least.
