Valószínűleg már nem fog senkit érdekelni a panaszom,de talán a vásárlóknak segítek ezzel boltot választani.. 1,5ève vettem egy akció keretein belül szemüveget.. Persze nem egész annyi volt a végső ár mint amit előtte nap mondtak.. De oké.. Viszont az hogy nem jelezték felém, hogy nem azt a Dioptriát fogom a lencsèbe kapni ami az orvosi papíron van, az felháborító. Sajnos eddig nem hordtam a szemüveget mert nem tudtam megszokni.. Most a kényszer rá vitt, és ekkor derült ez ki.. És valószínűleg ezért nem is tudtam megszokni a szemüveget, mert gyengébb dioptriát tettek bele. A panaszomat figyelmen kívül hagyták, de úgy érzem tájékoztatni kéne a vásárlót arról ha nem azt a dioptriát kapja "Julika" nènitől, mint amit a Semmelweis szemészete vizsgált. "Julika" néni nagyon jó szakember és alapos.. Végülis 4! Orvos mérte ugyanazt, de az mindegy.. Ők "Julika néniben" bíznak, úgy, hogy erről engem nem tájékoztattak. Félek hogy ennyi idő után már késő bánat, de nem hagyom annyiban, mert átverve érzem magam, és ha már az üzletvezető semmilyen megoldást nem tudott adni, utána járok a fogyasztóvédelemnèl. A panaszomra se válaszoltak, bár az üzletvezető szerint már nem érvényes a reklamációm. Igaz,de lehet hogyha közlik velem hogy nem azt kapom amit több orvos mért, korábban rá jövök miért nem tudom megszokni az első szemüvegem. Senkinek nem ajánlom őket. Inkább menjenek egy kisebb boltba, mert itt ez így elég nagy átverés. Miért adnak rosszabb Dioptriát? Hogy utána újból kelljen vennem, vagy mi értelme ennek? Miért nem tájékoztatnak normálisan? Hogy ne tudjam, és mire rá jövök már késő legyen és újat kelljen vennem? Vision Express WestEnd! Unfortunately, I haven't worn my glasses so far because I couldn't get used to it. Now the compulsion took her, and that's when it turned out. And probably that’s why I couldn’t even get used to the glasses because they put in a weaker diopter. My complaint has been ignored, but I feel I should inform the buyer if he is not receiving the diopter from "Julika" aunt as examined by Semmelweis ophthalmology. Aunt "Julika" is a very good professional and thorough .. After all 4! The doctor measured the same, but it doesn't matter. They trust "Aunt Julika" without informing me. I'm afraid it's too late to grieve after all this time, but I won't leave it at that, because I feel overwhelmed, and if the store manager couldn't give me a solution, I'll go after consumer protection. My complaint was not answered, although according to the store manager, my complaint is no longer valid. True, but maybe if I am told that I am not getting what several doctors have measured, I will find out earlier why I can't get used to my first glasses. I do not recommend them to anyone. They’d rather go to a smaller store because that’s a pretty big scam here. Why are they giving worse Diopters? Do I have to buy it again afterwards, or what's the point? Why are they not informed normally? Lest I know, and by the time I get to it, will it be too late and I will have to buy a new one?

L	Lilla L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bár az optikus hölgy nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt, az üzletben vásárlókat fogadó és pénztárt kezelő vörös hajú fiatal eladó hölgy mind érkezéskor, mind távozáskor éreztette, hogy mennyire semmi kedve a vásárlóval foglalkozni, fél szavakat vetett oda és a felmerült félreértést is kritikán aluli módon kommunikálta / kezelte. Ide inkább soha többet.

Csak 4-en ültek az asztalnál és csacsogtak. Mélyen elszomorít, hogy emellett nem is kedvesek, segítőkészek, korábbi tapasztalataimat tekintve. Megvettem a szemüvegem az Ofotértben, ahol kedvesek, tisztelettudóak és segítőkészek. (tudom, hogy ugyan az a cég..) Szomorú, elvileg ugyan azt a mentalitást kéne tanusítani. R	Roee Yossef on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered contact lenses to test. they arrived after 4 weeks with the wrong prescription . i waited 3 more weeks to get another pair to test and when that arrived, they didn’t allow me to actually test the lenses for more then 30 minutes (i felt not comfortable with them). i am with contact lenses for 20 years and never encountered such unprofessional service. Eventually they let me go without the lenses which i waited so long to test.

As I picked up my prescription I was given a coupon for 20,000Ft off my next pair. I was happy get that and planned to get a pair of prescription sunglasses. So I took this happily. After I gave my glasses a few weeks to make sure my prescription was good, I went to the store and found another pair to get. I went through the process of choosing the type I wanted and it ended up being VERY expensive because “they are polarized”. (Not the subject of my review, but this does not help the view of this location. I presented my coupon and it failed to work. The lady then told me that it had expired. When I was presented this coupon I was never told it would expire, let alone the fact that it was only valid for 2 weeks. Who gives a coupon that is only valid for 2 weeks? I warn against using this company as this a a sneaky sales trick and they should be ashamed to use this tactic. I will no longer shop here as there are many other places that should be willing to have honest business practices.
