When I asked the lady in Hungarian in which office in Budapest I can find English speaking staff, she could only wave her hands in panic saying "nem tudom, nem nem nem angolul, nem nem". It was visible she didn't want to help and was just waiting for me to leave the office. I wanted to open some account, but Aegon is not able to provide any support.
