E	Eleonóra Szekeres on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem ajánlom senkinek. Az egész pénzlehúzás. Az apartmen nem ott van ahol hirdetik. Dec 4-e este érkeztünk jég hideg szobába. Szóltunk,hogy hideg van. Szerintem télen -1fokban bemenni egy apartmanba úgy,hogy nincs 19 fok sem...felháborító. a fürdő katasztrófa és büdös volt az egész apartmanban. Télikabátban feküdtünk a paplan akatt. Egy ideig....aztán indultunk haza. De előtte akartunk beszélni a vezetővel,aki velünk nem akart. Csak a recepciós volt hajlandó beszélni. Kértünk egy másik aoartmant , ami természetesen nem volt. Aztán kértük a panaszkönyvet. Természetesen letagadták,hogy lenne nekik olyan. Kaptunk egy lapot amire leírhattuk a panaszunkat. Kértük vissza a pénzt és az utiköltséget,hisz nem a mi hibánkból nem valósult meg a well es. Ebben nem partnerek. Így a fogyasztóvédelwmhez és a helyi jegyzőhöz fordulunk. Nagyon csalódottak vagyunk. Vácról jöttünk ide és egy ideig nem fogunk jönni! I don't recommend it to anyone. The whole money draw. The apartment is not where it is advertised. On December 4th we arrived in an ice cold room. We told you it was cold. I think going into an apartment at -1 degrees in the winter without 19 degrees ... outrageous. the spa was a disaster and smelled all over the apartment. We lay in a winter coat beside the quilt. For a while .... then we went home. But before that, we wanted to talk to the manager who didn't want us. Only the receptionist was willing to talk. We asked for another aoartman, which of course was not. Then we asked for the complaint book. Of course, they were denied that they would. We received a page to write down our complaint. We asked for the money back and the travel expenses, because it was not our fault that well es did not materialize. They are not partners in this. So we turn to consumer protection and the local notary. We are very disappointed. We came here from Vác and we won't come for a while!

Tudták a telefonszámomat, de nem szóltak, hogy az e-mail nem ért oda. Szeptemberben mentünk este, hogy elfoglaljuk a szállást, de a foglalásunk nem szerepelt a nyilvántartásukban. Az akkori recepciós már nem dolgozik ott, a mostani döntésképtelen, az értékesítési vezető nem volt hajlandó szóba állni velünk, a tulajdonos meg gyesen van, így nem szabad felhívnia a recepciósnak. Feleslegesen kidobtuk az ablakon az útiköltséget. Bocsánatkérés helyett elmondták nekünk, hogy nem csak mi vagyunk csalódottak, mivel a vendégek folyton meglopják őket... Most, egy hónappal később talán a Tesco visszautalja a kupon árát. Ja, és a panzió helye sem ott van, ahová a kupont hirdették, hanem odébb egy utcával. És hozzátartozik a tényekhez, hogy "nagylelkűen" felajánlottak egy szobát egy harmadik panzióban +10 ezer Ft ráfizetés mellett. De nem kértük. Inkább hazajöttünk. Mert én nem leszek partner egy ilyen gusztustalan lehúzásban! I do not recommend it to anyone !!! Now, a month later, Tesco may be refunding the coupon price. Yeah, and the boarding house isn't where the coupon was advertised, but a street away. And one of the facts is that they "generously" offered a room in a third guesthouse at a surcharge of $ 10,000. But we didn't ask. We came home instead. Because I'm not going to be a partner in such a disgusting draw!
