★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein nettes Frei Café am Flughafen von Budapest.
Dadurch, dass unser Flieger technische Probleme gehabt hat, haben wir eine etwas längere Zeit am Flughafen verbringen müssen als gewollt.
Trotz der schlechten Bewertungen, haben wir uns hingetraut
Die Bedienung war für uns in Ordnung, das Personal war nicht äußerst nett aber auch nicht ungut.
Die Auswahl war aber leider ziemlich begrenzt, da die Regale schon ziemlich leer waren
Der Kaffee hat aber gut geschmeckt
Es steckt noch viel Verbesserungspotenzial drinnen

A többi Freihez képest meglepően udvariatlan kiszolgálás a sráctol, belevág a vendég szavába, sohajtozva hadar információkat, ha esetleg a tudatlan látogató nem ismerné a kávézó étlapját A-Zig. Az már nem az ő hibája hogy egyszemélyben kell rendelést felvenni és kávét készíteni, ami miatt nagyon lassú a kiszolgálás. A kávé persze itt is drága, 1300 Ft egy ízesített latte.
Mondanám hogy igyatok máshol, de tapasztalatok szerint a többi kávézóban is pont ilyen arrogansak... A kávé egyébként rendben volt.
 It is at gates B18 after passport control. Compared to the other Frei, the service is surprisingly rude from the guy, cutting into the guest’s word, sighing at the harsh information if the ignorant visitor didn’t know the cafe’s menu, A-Zig. It is no longer his fault that he has to place an order and make coffee in one person, which makes the service very slow. Of course, coffee is expensive here too, 1300 HUF is a flavored latte.
I would say drink elsewhere, but in my experience the other cafes are just as arrogant ... The coffee was okay anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience tonight we had in Cafe Frei on the new wing on BUD airport around 17:30h. The most rude lady was working. I was shocked with her behaviour! I am definitely never going to Cafe Frei ever!!!
