★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aweful experience. I ordered a large hot chocolate, the waitress « understood » a large mint one and made me pay 300 forints more. I then said there was a mistake. She said she did not have large hot chocolate, only mint large chocolate. Then I asked a medium one. She then complained that 300 forints was nothing…. I don’t like mint hot chocolate and she should not judge me even if I don’t have 300 extra forints ! Finally she gave me a medium one but made me pay like for a large…. She is clearly a scammer and a thief.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually a nice place, but I was not asked if I want to pay with DCC (dynamic currency conversion) which is at the end only a rip off of the customer. My exchange rate for my coffee was 290HUD/1EUR, but actually it is 307/1 EUR today. Please ask customer if he wants to pay in EUR or HUD. Paying in local currency is always cheaper, it is no money that that your bank will get or MasterCard/Visa. It is money only for the merchant (Ritazza) and their acquirering company (the one that provides the credit card terminal). The coffee was great and stuff very friendly, but since this is only a 5-6% rip-off, I'll give 2 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shouldn't have read reviews before coming here. The place looks nice and I bought a sandwich that was delicious. Of course after waiting for the employee to finish off his tables (that were eventually sticky) while standing there, only to get the most "I hate my life here" attitude there is. If you hate your job pal then get another one, you're treating travelers here. If you look for customer service, try something else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Airport coffee. Nice comfortable armchairs however the designer who puts a light colored cloth covering chair at the airport has some questionable talent. ? so dirty. Anyway the coffee is good and the staff is friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad coffee, unfriendly staff, overpriced drinks and food. Had to separately ask for milk for my tea, got lactose free, which I don't like, the answer was just a "hmfpf" from the server...
Note to myself: don't spend money here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just wanted a glass of wine. First, the bartender couldn't find the bottle. Then, she couldn't open the bottle because her nails were too long. And anyway, "she never drinks wine", was the excuse. We couldn't drink the wine at the end because boarding started. I don't know if ridiculous is the right word to describe the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst café ever: food from the day before and the manager, Robert, looks like an angry bulldog. He doesn't look at you, he doesn't talk to you and, obviously, forget about hearing a "thank you". Avoid this place as much as you can, they don't deserve your money.
