★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good panini's but rather high prices. They try to force you to pay in euro in stead of HUF at terrible exchange rates even if you specifically ask to pay in HUF! Check on the payment terminal before making the transaction!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a maggot in my food ? The lady was super unhelpful and wouldn't let me have my money back. I got offered exchange which meant I was limited to a replacement juice since I didn't want any of the other salads. Very poor customer service, she didn't say anything until she saw it was moving in my salad

We were there last summer and no problem...but today?
After 5 hours of flight (And 2 before), we would like eat something good and warm to the stomach. We went here again...but that "Miss Hungary", Sylvia, was very "measured" and to my quastion "if she can my panini baked - to be warm" said just "NO". With her colleague were cleaning everything...so maybe they wanted close soon (15:10??). But cold panini is ...bleee. And its not cheapest place. Maybe could do something with that her boss!
I do not recommend this shop!! Howgh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there at 5am last Saturday morning. The woman working behind the counter was serving a long queue of customers on her own and she looked exhausted. She was absolutely amazing at her job, she remained calm and was getting everything ready perfectly and in very good time. She did not make a single mistake and she glided behind the counter so effortlessly, knowing exactly what she was doing and timing everything so perfectly. I hope she gets paid well, she definitely deserves it! Also, the coffee was the best coffee I’ve ever had. Would fly back to budapest just for that coffee!!
