Regarding their staff: not only they worked to provide me with a car, they walked the extra mile and provided me the exact model I requested, even though you as a client hiring a vehicle category. It was important to me to make my autistic son happy by renting an Opel Astra Tourer - I would like to say Thank You to the Enterprise Rent-A-Car staff for making this happen! Exemplary customer focused service.
