His faithful, old dog also can be seen and photographed here. The more than sixty episodes of the american television series of Columbo were enjoyed by generations of viewers in Hungary. After some search interested people can find the symbolic, dead perpetrator on the spot.

Sharing his name with Falk Miksa (the street name), Peter Falk has been represented here nicely at the end of the street. It's just a statue, but a funny one!

I had to search why this was here and discovered the actor who played Columbo, Peter Falk, has Hungarian roots, and this statue is in appreciation and celebration of Hungarian figures throughout history. To add, there is a small dead squirrel sculpture nearby Columbo and the dog. If you're not looking for it, or you're not observant enough, you will miss it. It gives some humor to Columbo and his profession.
D	David W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stumbled across this statue to Peter Faulk in downtown Budapest! Seems he's their Famous Actor! Loved that they sued his "Columbo" look for it. Not sure about the dog, or nearby Rat statues.
