It's elevated position means it's ideal for fantastic river panoramic photos of Buda, or the fabulous and historical parliament buildings surrounding you in the square.
Seriously, I could happily spend all day here.

We enjoyed the walk throughout and every bit of the night weather and lights surrounding the parliament overlooking the beautiful Danube River. This us from a new complete tourist so guys please ensure you ahve your cameras ready on night mode. It's not very crowded you can sit aside enjoy the view

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful square with the dominant Hungarian Parliament building, gorgeous views of the Danube River, very spacious and clean. There are a lot of statues and parks surrounding the area, a tram stop as well as the metro station. There are many cafés and restaurants as this is a popular spot for tourists. Definitely a must when visiting Budapest.
